The paper evaluates the effectiveness of the clinical supervision being practiced by vocational education supervisors in Al-Karak district/Jordan, as perceived by the teachers. The population for this study comprised vocational teachers in Al-Karak district/Jordan, with a total of (166) teachers, the sample formed about 69% of the entire population. A survey questionnaire was developed, consisting of (44) items about clinical supervision, the instrument validity and reliability were verified by a panel of jury and the Cronbach's alpha mechanisms. The study major results are the following: Firstly, the clinical educational supervision practices, that received the highest rankings were inherent in the domains of: the humanitarian relationships; classroom observations; and post observation analysis, with means (4.2, 3.9, and 3.7) respectively. Whereas, the three practices that received the lowest rankings (least frequently used) were inherent in the domains of: the pre-observation conference; plans for post-observation conference; and planning to classroom observation, with means (3.64, 3.61, and 3.52) respectively. Secondly, the study findings revealed there were no statistical differences that can be attributed to any of the study variables; (teachers' specializations, experiences, and qualifications). Moreover, the study findings do not show any statistical interaction between theses variables. Finally, it is recommended that, study results to be part of the extensive research network in which researchers continue to express their opinions about the actual practices of educational supervisors.
