This study concerned with studying the art or science of figures of speech (rhetorical meanings) through studying the books of (Qura'n meanings) .The study is entitled (rhetorical lesson in Qura'n meanings' books). It includes studying the pressed Qura'n meanings' books which reached to us such as : the book of Qura'n meanings for Fara'a ,Al- Akhfash ,Al-Zugeage , And Al-Nuhas. And also this study includes impressed Qura'n meanings' books which did not reach to us and the researcher collected ,edited and studied the material such as: the book of Qura'n meanings for Yunis bin Habib, utrib ,Almuberd ,Tha'lb and Ibn Kaisan. This syudy is devided into introduction ,three chapters and conclusion. The introduction part deals with the translation the lif of Qura'n meanings' books scientists and the effect of Qura'n meanings' books on the rhetorical lessons . The first chapter deals with studying the methods of Qura'n meanings' books scientists in semantics. This chapter is divided into six sections : the first section is devoted to Al-Khaber Wa Al-Ansha'a, the second one is devoted to Al-Taqdeem Wa Al-Ta'akheer, the third one is devoted to AL- Tankeer and AL-Ta'reef, the fourth one is devoted to AL-Qseer ,Faseel Wa Al-Waseel , the fifth one is devoted to Al_Ejaz , the sixth one is devoted to Al-Atnab . The second chapter deals with studying the methods of Qura'n meanings' books in the science of figures of speech and includes four sections : the first section is devoted toAL-Tashbeh , the second one is devoted to to Al-Ejaz, the third one is devoted to AL-Kunai'a, the fourth one is devoted to AL-Ta'reedh. Thye third chapter is the last one and studying the methods of Qura'n meanings' books scientists in the art of speech and includes two sections: the first section is devoted toAL-Muhasanat alma'anawia , the second one is devoted to AL-Muhasanat Al-lafdhia. The conclusion concerned with the most important results that the researcher concluded . The Qura'n meanings' books was the base on which the study is done The bibliography , rhetorical references , classification of Qura'n sciences ,interpretation books , literary and structural books, and general translation books helped the researcher to accomplish this work.
