يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التوصل إلى قائمة بمعايير تصميم الكتب الدراسية والمطبوعات البارزة وإنتاجها للمعاقين بصرياً. يتبع البحث الحالى تصميم منهجى من تصميمات الدراسات الوصفية: هو تحليل محتوى الوثائق, وهو يعد مطلباَ فى عمليات التصميم والتطوير متى كانت المواد التعليمية ومصادر التعلم مجالاً لهذا التصميم والتطوير باعتباره مطلباً علمياً للكشف, بداية عن خصائص هذه المواد, ووصفها والكشف عن أسس التطوير التى تتصف بها وذلك عند اشتقاق أسس تطوير المواد التعليمية من خلال الكتابات والبحوث العلمية المتخصصة, والجهود السابقة العالمية والإقليمية فى إعداد إرشادات خاصة بتطوير المواد التعليمية للمعاقين بصرياً. وكانت أداة البحث عبارة عن استبانه لاستطلاع رأى الخبراء فى تكنولوجيا التعليم والتربية الخاصة فى مدى صلاحية القائمة المبدئية لمعايير تصميم الكتب الدراسية والمطبوعات البارزة وإنتاجها للمعاقين بصرياً وقد تكونت عين البحث من خمسة عشر محكماً من المتخصصين فى مجال تكنولوجيا تعليم المعاقين بصرياً اسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن الوصول إلى ثلاثة عشر معياراً تتناول جميع جوانب تصميم الكتب الدراسية والمطبوعات البارزة وإنتاجها للمعاقين بصرياً, ويتفرع كل معيار إلى مجموعة من المؤشرات بلغ عددها ستة وسبعون معياراً وهى تعمل على تحقيق هذا المعيار.
The current research aimed at reaching a list of criteria about designing and producing textbooks and prominent publications for the visually handicapped students. The current research follows one of the descriptive studies : the documentation content analysis, which considered a requirement in designing and developing processes as long as the instructional materials and learning resources are one of designing and developing fields . Hence, it is considered a Scientific requirement for detection, beginning from the characteristics and description of these materials and revealing the development basis which characterize them . This happened when the instructional materials developing basis are derived from the writings, specialized scientific researches and the regional and international previous efforts in preparing guidelines for developing the instructional materials for visually handicapped students. The research tool is a questionnaire to explore the opinion of experts in instructional technology and special education about the validity of the initial list of designing and producing criteria of textbooks and prominent publications for the Visually handicapped. The research sample consisted of 15 arbitrators who are specialists in visually handicapped instructional technology . The results of the study leads to 13 criteria dealing with all aspects of designing and producing textbooks and prominent publications for the visually handicapped . Each standard is divided into a set of indicators numbered 76 and they work to achieve this standard .
