|a بعد هذا البحث المبسط في فقه الانتخابات وما يرتبط بها توصّل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج : 1- الانتخابات بمفهومها الواسع الذي عليه اليوم كان لها كما عرفنا جذور قديمة مثلّت تاريخ القطر الانتخابي . 2- النظام الانتخابي نظام بديل وخاصة بين الطوائف المختلفة ، فهو بمثابة الحل الأمثل لإنهاء الخلافات الداخلية من خلال حلها بواسطة خروج الشعب بأكمله لاختيار من سيرشحه ويمثله في دفة الحكم . 3- النظام الانتخابي غير خارج بمفهومة عن الحدود الشرعية ، لكن ربما يخرج عن ذلك في بعض مصاديقه . 4- خروج الشعب أو الأمة لاختيار من سيرشحهم ، ومن سيكون في رئاسة الدولة والوزارات وإدارة البلاد أمر ضروري جداً . 5- من يرى في نفسه المكنة في إدارة البلاد وأمور العباد يجب عليه الترشيح لإدارة هذا المناصب الإدارية إذا انحصر الأمر فيه . 6- من يرشحه الشعب هو أمين على مصالحهم ، وفي حالة عدم مراعاة أمانتهم فأنه يعزل لعدم حفظ المصالح والنظام بين يديه .
