|e \nهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبعاد النظرية التربوية الإسلامية في السنة النبوية. والتعرف علي أبرز سمات الشخصية الإدارية المتزنة. والدور الذي تلعبه هذه الأبعاد في بناء الشخصية الإدارية المتزنة. وناقشت الدراسة أهمية السنة النبوية وتعريف السنة ومحتواها. ومكونات السنة النبوية وخصائصها. وتطرقت إلى مقاصد السنة النبوية وأبعاد النظرية التربوية الإسلامية في السنة النبوية. والمبادئ والأساليب التي استخدمها الرسول (ص) للتربية والتغيير مثل الحكمة والموعظة الحسنة القائمة على الترغيب والترهيب والقدوة الحسنة وكذلك مراعاة أحوال المتعلم وإيجاد البيئة الصالحة للتربية وغيرها. كما تناولت سمات الشخصية الإسلامية المتزنة والسمات العامة للشخصية المسلمة.\n وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن السنة النبوية ساهمت مساهمة كبيرة في شرح القران الكريم وما جاء فيه من قيم عليا كانت هي عماد الشخصية الإسلامية المتزنة. فهي ترتبط النظرية التربوية برباط وثيق مع السنة النبوية كونها تستقي منها أفكارها ومفاهيمها وهي المصدر الثاني لها وهما كل لا ينفك عن الأخر. وأشارت إلى اهتمام السنة النبوية بالسمات الشخصية للفرد المسلم وعوامل تطويرها وتنميتها الأمر الذي اتضح جليا في أفعال الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم وأقواله وتقريراه. وأن النظرية التربوية الإسلامية هي انعكاس لحقيقة الفكر التربوي الإسلامي وجوهر التربية الإسلامية الذي يعتمد على القران الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The study aimed to identify the dimensions of Islamic educational theory in the Prophetic Sunnah, the most prominent features of administrative personality balanced, and the role that these dimensions play in establishing a balanced administrative personality. The study discussed the importance of the Prophetic Sunnah and the definition and content of the Prophetic Sunnah and the components of the Prophetic Sunnah and its characteristics. The study turned to the purposes of the Prophetic Sunnah, the dimensions of Islamic educational theory in the Prophetic Sunnah, and the principles and methods used by the Prophet (peace be upon him) for education and change, such as wisdom and good instruction based on carrot and stick and good example. Likewise, taking into account the conditions of the learner and find a suitable environment for education, etc. It also dealt with the characteristics of the balanced Islamic personality and the general characteristics of the Muslim personality.\n The results of the study indicate that the Sunnah has contributed greatly to explain the Holy Quran in which was mentioned, including the high values that were the mullion of the Islamic character balanced. It is linked to the educational theory in close relationship with the Prophetic Sunnah as it derives from the ideas and concepts, which is the second source to them, which are not separated from the other. It pointed to the interest of the Prophetic Sunnah in the personal characteristics of the Muslim and factors of their development, which is evident in the actions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his words.
