هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية مع اقتراح تصور لتطبيقها. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي والمقارن. في توضيح أبرز التحولات المعاصرة ذات العلاقة بتطبيق إدارة المعرفة. وخصائص وسمات مجتمع المعرفة وأبعاده. وأهم محاور بناء مجتمع المعرفة. ومفهوم اقتصاد المعرفة وأهميته وسماته وخصائصه. والثورة الرقمية وسماتها. ومفهوم ادارة المعرفة وأهميتها. وأنواع المعرفة ونماذجها. وأهم متطلبات تطبيق ادارة المعرفة وعملياتها. وأهم متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 284 فردا من جميع القيادات الأكاديمية مثل مدير جامعة ووكيل جامعة وعميد كلية ووكيل كلية ورئيس قسم. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة ادارة المعرفة. وتوصلت النتائج الى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات مجموعة البحث على أبعاد الاستبيان حسب اختلاف الجامعة واختلاف الوظيفة الحالية والدرجة العلمية وسنوات الخبرة. وأوصى البحث بالعمل على نشر ثقافة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في الجامعات السعودية. والعمل على توفير المتطلبات الضرورية للاتجاه نحو تطبيقات إدارة المعرفة. وتبني وزارة التعليم العالي في المملكة العربية السعودية والجامعات للتصور المقترح لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة. والعمل على الحد من معوقات تطبيق ادارة المعرفة. كما يجب اجراء دراسة على الجامعات الأهلية ومقارنة النتائج مع نتائج البحث الحالي. ُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research is to identify the reality of the application of the knowledge management in the light of the contemporary transformations in the Saudi universities from the point of view of the academic leaders with a proposal to conceptualize their application. The research used the descriptive and comparative descriptive method in clarifying the most prominent contemporary transformations related to the application of the knowledge management, characteristics and features of the knowledge society and its dimensions, the most important axes of building the knowledge society, the concept of the knowledge economy, its importance, characteristics and characteristics and the digital revolution and its features, as well as the concept of knowledge management, its importance, types and models of knowledge, the most important requirements for the application of the knowledge management and its operations and the most important requirements of the application of the knowledge management in Saudi universities in the light of the contemporary transformations from the point of view of the academic leaders. The research group consisted of 284 individuals from all academic leaders, such as a university director, a university agent, a college dean, a college assistant and a department head. The research tool was to identify the knowledge management. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the research group on the dimensions of the questionnaire according to the different university, the difference in the current job, the science degree and the years of experience. The research recommended spreading the culture of the application of the knowledge management among the academic leaders in Saudi universities and to provide the necessary requirements for the direction of the knowledge management applications. The Ministry of Higher Education in Saudi Arabia and the universities are adopting the proposed vision for the application of the knowledge management and work to reduce the obstacles to the application of the knowledge management.
