يشهد العالم في السنوات الأخيرة تغيرات متسارعة مما جعل التغير هو الثابت الوحيد الذي تقر به المؤسسات المختلفة في العصر الحاضر ليشمل كل مناشط الحياة دون استثناء غير عابئ بالحدود الجغرافية والسياسية والثقافية. الأمر الذي أدى إلى ظهور مجموعة من المفاهيم والمداخل والنظم الجديدة في مجال الإدارة العامة كإدارة الجودة وإعادة هندسة العمل وإدارة المعرفة. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية باعتبارها منظمات معرفيه في الأساس تسعي إلى استثمار رأس المال الفكري وتوظيفه لتحقيق متطلبات التنمية ومواجهة مختلف التحديات المعاصرة مع وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيقها. وهدفت الدراسة إلى: 1. التعرف على درجة أهمية تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية. 2. التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية. 3. التعرف على درجة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية. 4. التعرف على معوقات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية. 5. وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة من وجهة نظر الباحث. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1. أن العبارات التي تقيس درجة أهمية تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة تكونت من (15) عبارة، ومن خلال استجابات عينة الدراسة على هذه العبارات وجد أن درجة أهمية تطبيق إدارة المعرفة عالية جداً. 2. أن العبارات التي تقيس متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة تكونت من (19) عبارة، ومن خلال استجابات عينة الدراسة على هذه العبارات وجد أن استجاباتهم تراوحت بين موافق بشدة وموافق. 3. أن العبارات التي تقيس درجة تطيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة تكونت من (56) عبارة، ومن خلال استجابات عينة الدراسة على هذه العبارات وجد أن استجاباتهم تراوحت بين موافق إلى حد ما وغير موافق بشدة. 4. أن العبارات التي تقيس معوقات تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة تكونت من (17) عبارة، ومن خلال استجابات عينة الدراسة على هذه العبارات وجد أن استجاباتهم تراوحت بين موافق بشدة وموافق. وقدمت هذه الدراسة تصور مقترح لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات السعودية في ضوء التحولات المعاصرة باستخدام مدخل النظم يساعدها على تحسين الأداء في الوظائف المختلفة، متضمنا المنطلقات التي انطلق منها الباحث في تصميم وبناء التصور والمتطلبات الأساسية لتطبيق التصور المقترح والمدخلات والعمليات أو الأنشطة والمخرجات والتغذية الراجعة.
The world witnesses accelerated changes during the last years. These changes made change as the sole immovable thing that recognized by the different establishments. It includes all activities of daily life, and it is unconcerned with the geographical, political or cultural borders. This led to the emergence of new concepts and systems in the field of the General Administration as the Quality Management, work reengineering and knowledge management. The problem of the study is represented in identifying the reality of knowledge management application in the Saudi Universities in its capacity as Knowledge organization seek to investing the Intellectual capital and using it to achieve the requirements of development and encountering the different challenges, as well as creating a proposed conception. The study aimed to:- 1- Identify the importance degree of knowledge Management application in Saudi Universities in the light of the modern transitions from the perspectives of academic leaders. 2- Identify the application requirements knowledge Management application in Saudi Universities in the light of the modern transitions from the perspectives of academic leaders. 3- Identify the application degree of knowledge Management application in Saudi Universities in the light of the modern transitions from the perspectives of academic leaders. 4- Identify the obstacles of knowledge Management application in Saudi Universities in the light of the modern transitions from the perspectives of academic leaders. 5- Create a suggested perception to knowledge Management Application in Saudi universities in the light of the modern transitions from the perspective of the resrecaher. The study reached to the following results: 1- There are (15) clauses that measure the importance degree of knowledge management application in the Saudi Universities in the light of the modern transitions. The importance degree of knowledge management application is very high, and this is evident via the responses of the study sample. 2- There are (19) clauses that measure the requirements of knowledge management application in the Saudi Universities in the light of the modern transitions. Via the responses of the study sample, it was evident that their responses ranged between agreed and strongly agree. 3- There are (56) clauses that measure the degree of knowledge management application in the Saudi Universities in the light of the modern transitions. Via the responses of the study sample, it was evident that their responses ranged between somewhat agree and strongly disagree. 4- There are (17) clauses that measure the obstacles of knowledge management application in the Saudi Universities in the light of the modern transitions. Via the responses of the study sample, it was evident that their responses ranged between somewhat agree and strongly disagree. 5- The study provided a suggested perception for knowledge management application in the Saudi Universities in the light of the modern transitions via using systems entrance, which helps it to enhance the performance in the different jobs. This system includes the points, from which the resrecaher begun to design and build to the perception, as well as the main requirements of the suggested perception and feedback.
