هدف البحث إلى رفع الثقافة الحاسوبية لكل من معلم ومتعلم اللغة العربية، حول أهمية استغلال تقنية الحاسوب في خدمة لغتنا الأم ومهاراتها الأربع بشكل حرفي ومتقن قابل للتطبيق وليس لمجرد التنظير فقط ،إيماناً بأن أية دعوة تجديدية في العملية التربوية لابد أن تُدعم بحملات تثقيفية تهدف إلى توفير الأجوبة لعدد من تساؤلات الأطراف الأساسية التي تقوم عليها العملية التربوية والتعليمية، كما يقدم البحث بعضاً من أبرز التطبيقات الحاسوبية في مهارات اللغة العربية، مع شرح يسير لبعض المقترحات التدريسية التي يمكن للمعلم الاستفادة منها؛ لينطلق بعدها مبدعاً و مجدداً حسب خبرته واستفادته، وقد اتبع المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته للأهداف.. وقد توصل البحث إلى: استحداث المكاتب الرقمية للأنشطة داخل معامل التكنولوجيا الحديثة لخدمة مهارات اللغة، فتح المجال للمبرمجين العرب بالاستفادة من أشهر برامج اللغة الإنجليزية في فكرتها ، أو برمجتها الحاسوبية، والعمل على تطويرها بما يلاءم خصوصية اللغة العربية، والبيئة ، والدين، والعمل على إنشاء منظمات أكاديمية، تهدف إلى ربط إنتاج الجامعات و المؤسسات العربية فيما يتعلق بتصميم برمجيات تعليمية متخصصة في فروع اللغة ومهاراتها الأربع، مع ربط تلك المنظمات بجامعة الدول العربية لضمان توفير الموارد المالية والبشرية على مستوى قومي، وتخصيص نسبة من ميزانية التعليم لعقد سلسلة من المؤتمرات الدولية عن حوسبة اللغة خليجياً وعربياً، تحت إشراف وازرة التعليم العالي، ووازرة الثقافة والإعلام لتحظى برمجيات اللغة العربية بما تستحقه إعلامياً من تثقيف.
The aim of the research is to raise the computer culture of both teachers and learners regarding the importance of make full use of computer technology for the service of our mother tongue in a professionalized, elaborated and applicable way not just concentrate upon the theoretical field, believing that any innovative call in the educational process must be supported with educational campaigns aimed at providing answers for the questions raised by educational and instructional stakeholders. The research also provided some of the most prominent computer applications in Arabic Language skills with a sample explanation of some instructional suggestions teachers can benefit from them. The researcher follows the descriptive survey approach for its relevance to the objectives of the current research,. The findings of the study were: Introducing of digital libraries in modern labs for the service of Arabic Language skills, paving the way for the Arab programmers to take advantage of famous English language programs in their ideas or computer programming and developing them to suit the privacy of the Arabic language, environment and religion, establishing academic organizations which seek to link the university production with the Arab institutions in the field of designing specialized educational programs in all branches of Arabic language and its four skills and link it to the League of Arab States to ensure providing the essential resources on the national level, the allocation of a percentage of the educational budget to hold a series of international conferences on the computerization of the language on the Gulf and Arab levels under the supervision of Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Culture and Media so that Arabic Language software could receive the due education in media.
