المستخلص:	Handicapped children need to be accompanied with a careful and good enough manner. The handicap induces a traumatic situation for the children and for their parents. Psychic's constraints which hinder the identity construction of the children are analysed through their body relation, their interactions with the parents and difficulties that may disturb their capacity to think and their autonomy. Psychological supports are proposed.
