|f In this article, we will discuss a complex concept that combines the world of management and the world of education. It is from the relatively modern concepts that began to be introduced in the educational sphere, where the classroom is seen as a formal structured social organization in which roles and tasks are divided according to the objectives envisaged.\nThis social organization differs from other organizations, as the relations are subject to the specificity of natures and temperaments, which necessitates administrative methods that take into account this specificity.\nIn this article, we will explain the nature and characteristics of the study class group and then proceed to determine the concept of classroom management, the different modes followed and the theoretical approaches upon which these approaches are based.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a في هذا المقال سوف نتناول مفهوماً مركباً يجمع بين عالم الإدارة وعالم التربية، وهو من المفاهيم الحديثة نسبياً التي بدأت تطرح في الوسط التربوي، أين صار ينظر إلى الفصل الدراسي كتنظيم اجتماعي مهيكل بطريقة رسمية تتوزع فيه الأدوار والمهام بحسب الأهداف المتوخاة.\nهذا التنظيم الاجتماعي يختلف عن باقي التنظيمات، من حيث أن العلاقات تخضع لخصوصية الطباع والأمزجة، مما يستلزم أساليب إدارية تراعي هذه الخصوصية.\nمن أجل ذلك سنوضح في هذا المقال طبيعة جماعة الفصل الدراسي وخصائصها، ثم ننتقل إلى ضبط مفهوم الإدارة الصفية ومختلف الأنماط المتبعة والمقاربات النظرية التي التي تستند إليها هذه الأساليب.
