|a لقد قام الباحثان بتصميم استبيان تضمن في صورته النهائية (72) فقرة تستوفي معـايير الصدق والثبات، وتغطي أحد عشر مجالا رئيسيا في معايير جودة تطوير الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي العلوم، وتم تطبيق المقياس على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (106) معلم ومعلمة بمـدارس وكالـة الغوث بمحافظات غزة للتعرف إلى وجهات نظر معلمي العلوم في تطوير الأداء التدريسي وفـق معايير الجودة، ومن خلال نتائج الاستبيان اعتمد الباحثان الفقرات التي حـصلت علي (90%) فأعلى من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم لتطوير الأداء التدريسي، ومن خلالها تم إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة اشتملت على (34) عبارة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (30) معلما من معلمي العلوم، واتضح من خلال نتائج الدراسة أن هناك تدنيا بنسبة عالية في الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي العلوم، ولهذا قام الباحثان بعرض تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء التدريسي.
|b : The researchers have designed a questionnaire included in the final image (72) ) items reflecting validity and reliability criteria covering eleven basic domains in the quality standards of developing the teaching performance of science teachers, The scale is administered to (106) from teaching staff at UNRWA schools in Gaza towns, to know the views of science teachers in the development of teaching performance in accordance with the standards of quality standards, and through the results of the questionnaire the researchers adopted the paragraphs got 90% and above from the viewpoint of science teachers to develop the performance of teaching, and prepared an observation card which included on the 34 items after confirmation of validity and reliability, was applied to a sample of (30) teachers from the teachers of science, evidenced by the results of the study that there is a high rate of decline in the teaching performance of science teachers, so the researchers introduced a suggested proposal to develop the performance of teaching.
