هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مشرفي التربية العملية في تحقيق مهارات الاتـصال التربوي للطلبة المعلمين في كليتي تربية جامعة الزرقاء الخاصة وآل البيت. وقد تكـون مجتمـع الدراسة من جميع الطلبة المعلمين المسجلين في برنامج التربية العملية للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 2008-2009 والبالغ عددهم (412) طالباً وطالبة، منهم (10) طلاب و(156) طالبة في جامعة الزرقاء الخاصة و(80) طالبا و(166) طالبة في جامعة آل البيت، وتم تطوير استبانة تكونت من قسمين: الأول معلومات عامة، والثاني: تكون من (45) فقرة موزعة على المجالات الآتية: (الاتصال التعاوني والمحادثة والاستماع والكتابة والتوجيه)، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً عن طريق حساب المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار (ت) كما وتـم اسـتخدام طريقة التجزئة النصفية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدور الحقيقي لمشرفي برامج التربية العملية في تحقيق مهارات الاتصال التربوي من وجهة نظر الطلبة المعلمين بالمجالات قيد الدراسة ككل كان متوسطاً كما وبينت الدراسة أن هناك اختلافاً في وجهة نظر الطلبة المعلمين فيمـا يتعلـق بـدور المشرفين في تحقيق مهارات الاتصال التربوي، وذلك تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور في كلتا الجامعتين، وتبعا لمتغير الجامعة، ولصالح جامعة الزرقاء الخاصة بشكل عام
This study aimed at investigating the role of practical education supervisors in achieving educational communication skills for student - teachers in the faculties of education at Zarka private university and Al - al - Bayt university. The Sanple of the study consisted of all the student - teachers enrolled in the practical education programme in the second semester of 2008 - 2009 .They were 412 male and female students distributed as follows : 10 male and 156 female students from Zarka private university and 80 male and 166 female students from Al al - Bayt University. The researchers prepared a questionnaire which consisted of two sections. The first section included general information whereas the second contained 45 items distributed on the following dimensions : co-operative communication , conversation, listening , writing , and guidance . The data was processed statistically by using means and standard deviations of the population of the study with respect to gender and university variables. moreover , the half - split method was also employed in the statistical analysis. The study revealed that the role of practical education supervisors was rated average in achieving educational communication skills for student - teachers . from the points of view of the subjects of the study. Finally , the study showed that there were differences in the points of views of the subjects of the study of the study regarding the supervisors' roles in achieving educational skills with respect to the sex variable which was in favour of male subjects in both of Zarka private university in general . universities , and with respect to the university variable which was in favour of Zarka private university in general .
