هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين اتخاذ القرار ودرجة الذكاء الوجداني لدى القيادات التربوية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وتألفت عينة الدراسة من 120 فردا من القياديين التربويين العاملين في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم بجمهورية مصر العربية. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في إعداد مقياس اتخاذ القرار ومقياس الذكاء الوجداني. وتوصلت النتائج إلي وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين القدرة على اتخاذ القرار والذكاء الوجداني لدي القيادات التربوية. ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الذكاء الوجداني في القدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدي القيادات التربوية. وتنبئ درجة الذكاء الوجداني بالقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدي القيادات التربوية. ولا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث في القدرة على اتخاذ القرار لذي القيادات التربوية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل دور المرشد النفسي في المدارس من خلال بنائه للبرامج الإرشادية العلاجية التي تسهم في مساعدة المسئولين عن اختيار القادة التربويين. وتحسين وتطوير بيئة العمل باستمرار وخلق بيئة عمل جذابة ومحفزة للمدرسين وللقادة التربويين للمساهمة في رفع مستوى الذكاء الوجداني على ضوء القياسات الدورية. ومحاولة رفع مستوي الذكاء الوجداني من مستوي متوسط إلى مستوي مرتفع لدي القيادات والمشرفين في القطاع التربوي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The study aimed to reveal the relationship between the decision-making and the degree of the emotional intelligence in the educational leaders in the light of some demographic variables. The study used the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of 120 members of the educational leaders working in the public schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The tools of the study were the preparation of the decision-making scale and the measure of the emotional intelligence. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between the decision-making ability and the emotional intelligence of the educational leaders and the existence of a significant statistically difference between the high and low emotional intelligence in the decision-making capacity of the educational leaders, as well as the degree of the emotional intelligence predicts the ability to make decisions in the educational leaders and there is no statistically significant difference between males and females in the decision-making abilities of the educational leaders. The study recommended the need to activate the role of the psychological guide in the schools through its construction of the therapeutic extension programs that contribute to help those responsible for the selection of the educational leaders, improve and develop the work environment continuously and create an attractive and stimulating work environment for the teachers and the educational leaders to contribute to raising the level of the emotional intelligence in the light of the periodic measurements and try to raise the level of the emotional intelligence from the average level to a high level of the leaders and supervisors in the educational sector.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
