|a هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن دور الإدارة المدرسية في مواجهة انتشار ظاهرة الاستقواء في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية جرش من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي المدارس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث أعدت لهذه الغاية استبانة مكونة من (36) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات هي: دور الإدارة المدرسية الداخلي، والعلاقة بين المدرسة والأسرة، والعلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة طبقية متعددة المراحل العنقودية العشوائية تكونت من (345) مديرًا ومديرة ومعلمًا ومعلمة، وقد بينت النتائج أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في مواجهة ظاهرة الاستقواء لدى طلبة المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية جرش كان متوسط، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.62)، وبانحراف معياري (0.80)، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (α = 0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدور الإدارة المدرسية في مواجهة انتشار ظاهرة الاستقواء لدى طلبة المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية جرش تعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي، وجاءت الفروق لصالح مديري المدارس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (α = 0.05) تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث (المديرات والمعلمات)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (α = 0.05) تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخدمة، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات منها: عقد ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس، تركز على كيفية التعامل مع السلوكيات العدوانية بين الطلبة، وإجراء أبحاث ودراسات تربوية عن أسباب حدوث السلوكيات العدوانية وطرق مواجهتها، واستفادة الإداريين من المقياس الذي قام الباحث بإعداده لمواجهة السلوك الاستقوائي بين الطلبة

|b This study aimed to reveal the role of the school management in facing the spread of the phenomenon of bullying in public schools in the province of Jerash from the viewpoint of schoolteachers and administrators. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, it has been prepared for this purpose a questionnaire consisting of 36 items distributed into three areas: the role of the school management procedure, the relationship between the school and the family, the relationship between the school and the local community, the questionnaire has been applied on a sample of multi-stage cluster Randomly, consisting of (345) headmasters and schoolteachers. The results showed that the role of the school management in facing the phenomenon of bullying among the students of government schools in the province of Jerash was about average, with a percent (3.62), the standard deviation was about (0.80), and the results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences at (0.05 = α) between the averages of the role of school administration in the face of the spread of the phenomenon of bullying among the students of government schools in the province of Jerash due to the variety in the career name, the differences came in favor of school administrators, and the study proves that there is presence of statistically significant differences at (0.05 =α) due to the variety in sex, also, the differences came in favor of females (headmistress and teachers), and there are not statistically significant differences at (0.05 = α) due to the variety in academic qualification and years of service , In light of the findings, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations including: workshops and training courses for school administrators focusing on how to deal with aggressive behaviors among students, and conduct research and educational studies about the causes of aggressive behaviors and ways to facing them, and benefit administrators of the scale that the researcher prepared to confront the behavior bullying among students
