هدفت الدراسة تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل آليات التربية الخلقية بمرحلة رياض الأطفال بمصر في ضوء خبرتي كل من اليابان وكوريا الجنوبية وبما يتناسب وظروف المجتمع المصري، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن الذي يتلاءم وطبيعة مشكلة الدراسة ، كما استخدمت الدراسة تحليلات الطابع القومي الذي يمكن في ضوئه فهم وتفسير التجارب المعاصرة عينة الدراسة، واشتملت الدراسة على الخطوات الرئيسية التالية: أولا: الأسس النظرية للتربية الخلقية من حيث مراحل النمو الخلقي، ودواعي الاهتمام بالتربية الأخلاقية، وأهداف التربية الأخلاقية، ودور البرنامج التربوي بالروضة في تحقيقها، ودور المعلمة في التربية الخلقية. ثانيا: خبرة اليابان وكوريا الجنوبية في مجال آليات التربية الخلقية بمرحلة رياض الأطفال من حيث أهداف التربية الأخلاقية، والبرنامج التربوي، ودور المعلمة، والقوى والعوامل المؤثرة. ثالثا: آليات التربية الخلقية بمرحلة رياض الأطفال بمصر. رابعا: التحليل المقارن لخبرات دول المقارنة في مجال آليات التربية الخلقية برياض الأطفال. خامسا: التصور المقترح لتفعيل آليات التربية الخلقية بمرحلة رياض الأطفال بمصر في ضوء خبرتي كل من اليابان وكوريا الجنوبية، وبما يتناسب وظروف المجتمع المصري، سواء أكانت مقترحات عامة أم مقترحات خاصة بمحاور المقارنة من حيث أهداف التربية الأخلاقية، والبرنامج التربوي، ودور المعلمة.
