المستخلص: The objective of this study is to know the prevailing leadership style of high school principals from the point of view of secondary education teachers, as well as to identify the relationship between leadership patterns of school principals from the point of view of secondary education teachers in terms of their satisfaction with their profession. In order to achieve these objectives, we followed the descriptive approach because it is appropriate for this study. Our study sample consisted of 34 secondary education teachers from the state of Djelfa, and the basic data for the study were collected. We applied both the scale of the description of leadership styles for school principals from the point of view of secondary education teachers and the scale of professional satisfaction (prepared by the researcher) and reached the following results:
- The dominant pattern of school principals from the point of view of secondary education teachers is the democratic pattern.
- There is a relationship between the style of democratic leadership of school principals from the point of view of teachers of secondary education and their satisfaction with their profession.
- There is no relationship between the dictatorial leadership style and the type of leadership of the school principals from the point of view of the teachers of secondary education in their satisfaction with their profession.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة النمط القيادي السائد لمديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، وكذا معرفة العلاقة بين أنماط القيادة لمديري المدارس من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي برضاهم عن مهنتهم. وحتى نتمكن من تحقيق هذه الأهداف قمنا باتباع المنهج الوصفي نظرا لأنه يلائم هذه الدراسة، وقد مثلت عينة دراستنا 34 أستاذ تعليم ثانوي من ولاية الجلفة، وتم جمع المعلومات الأساسية للدراسة قمنا بتطبيق كلا من مقياس وصف الأنماط القيادية لمديري المدارس من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ومقياس الرضا المهني(من إعداد الباحثة) وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية:
- النمط القيادي السائد لمديري المدارس من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي هو النمط الديمقراطي.
- وجود علاقة بين نمط القيادة الديمقراطية لمديري المدارس من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي برضاهم عن مهنتهم.
- عدم وجود علاقة بين نمط القيادة الدكتاتورية ونمط القيادة التسيبية لمديري المدارس من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي برضاهم عن مهنتهم.

- Le but de cette étude était de déterminer le type de leadership pour les dominants directeurs d'école secondaire du point de vue des enseignants du secondaire, ainsi que la connaissance de la relation entre les styles de leadership des directeurs du point de vue des enseignants du secondaire au sujet de leur profession à leur goût. Et afin que nous puissions atteindre ces objectifs, nous suivons l'approche descriptive, car il correspond à cette étude, a représenté un échantillon de notre étude 34 enseignants de l'école secondaire de Djelfa, ont recueilli des informations de base pour l'étude, nous appliquons les deux décrits styles de leadership à l'échelle des directions du point de vue des enseignants et de l'échelle de l'école secondaire la satisfaction professionnelle (préparé par le chercheur) et nous sommes arrivés aux conclusions suivantes:
- Le type de leadership des directeurs d'école en vigueur du point de vue des enseignants du secondaire est un style démocratique,
- L'existence d'une relation entre le motif de la direction démocrate pour les directeurs d'école du point de vue des enseignants du secondaire au sujet de leur profession à leur goût.
- L'absence d'une relation entre le style de leadership et directeurs style de leadership de l'école dictature de Altsepah du point de vue des enseignants du secondaire au sujet de leur profession à leur goût.
