|a إن الغريزة الجنسية سنة خلقية بثها الله سبحانه وتعإلى في الإنسان مثل غيره من المخلوقات ، فتضطره إلى ممارسة الجنس ليشبعها فيبقى النوع البشري وتستمر السلالات البشرية ، لكن الله عز وجل فرض قيودا في ممارسة هذه الغريزة وهذا ما دعمته القوانين والنظم الاجتماعية للمحافظة على عرض الفرد من المساس للاستمرار ومواصلة نشاطه دون التعرض له والقيام بأعماله في طمأنينة ، فالعمل فريضة على كل مؤمن ومؤمنة .\nلكن ما شهده المجتمع الجزائري في الآونة الأخيرة ظاهرة اجتماعية خطيرة ألا وهي التحرش الجنسي بالنساء العاملات في مواقع العمل بحيث أصبح ما هو محضور أخلاقيا و دينيا لا يشكل بالضرورة حرجا،\nإذ يعد التحرش الجنسي أحد أهم المسائل العالقة التي تعاني منها المرأة العاملة الجزائرية في صمت والتي يتخذ فيها المتحرش طرقا وأشكالا متعددة للتحرش بها ، برغم القانون الذي يجرم هذه الظاهرة.
