هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع ممارسة مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية لأساليب الإشراف التربوي في إدارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة بيشة والمعوقات التي تحول دون ممارستها ومن ثم وضع تصور مقترح لتحسين هذه الممارسة من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس ومشرفي الإدارة المدرسية وقد ركزت الدراسة على أساليب الإشراف التالية: (الزيارات الميدانية- تبادل الزيارات- الندوات التربوية- النشرات التربوية- البحوث التربوية- المشاغل التربوية- المقابلة الفردية- دراسة الحالة). وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري مدارس التعليم العام ومشرفي الإدارة المدرسية في إدارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة بيشة والبالغ عددهم (256) مديرا و(10) مشرفا للإدارة المدرسية، وكانت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: 1- جاءت تقديرات أفراد الدراسة على درجة ممارسة مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية لأساليب الإشراف التربوي- التي تناولتها الدراسة- بدرجة "متوسطة" حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لها (3,17). 2- جاءت تقديرات أفراد الدراسة على معوقات ممارسة مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية لأساليب الإشراف التربوي- التي تناولتها الدراسة- بدرجة "متوسطة" حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لها (3,16). وبناء على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج، توصي الدراسة بما يلي: توجيه إدارة الإشراف التربوي ومكاتب التربية والتعليم اهتمامها نحو مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية وتوعيتهم بضرورة استخدام جميع أساليب الإشراف التربوي المتعددة بدرجة عالية. ضرورة معالجة كافة معوقات ممارسة مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية لأساليب الإشراف التربوي من خلال تطبيق إدارات التربية والتعليم للقرار السامي المتضمن تطبيق التشكيلات المدرسية مع وجود حوافز وبرامج تدريبية نوعية المشرفي ومديري المدارس ودعم الميزانيات التشغيلية للمدارس وتبني الجامعات وكليات إعداد المعلمين لبرامج دراسية لإعداد المعلمين في مجال الإدارة المدرسية.
This study aimed to identify the reality of the administrators’ practice of school management methods for Educational Supervision at Bisha Educational Directorate and the impediments that prevent the practice and then visualize a proposal to improve the practice from the perspective of school principals and school management administrators. The study focused on the methods of the following supervisions. Field studies, visits exchange, educational seminars, educational publications, educational researches, educational concerns, individual interview and case study. The community study consisted of all general education schools managers and supervisors at Bisha Educational Directorate to (266) as director and supervisor of school administration. The study yielded the following results: 1-The members of the study estimates the practice degree of school administration’s administrators for educational supervision procedures who were the subject of the study- (average)where the average account was(3.17).2- The members of the study estimates the practice of school administration administrators for educational supervision procedures-who were the subject of the study-(average) where the average account was ( 3.16). According to the study results, the researcher presents a set of recommendations “ which contribute to improve the supervisors ’practice of school administration for educational supervision procedures ”. Guiding the educational supervision administration and education offices their interests towards school administration’s administrator sand make them aware of the necessity for using all educational supervision’s methods. The necessity of solving all impediments for practicing the school management s administrators to the methods of educational supervision through to apply the educational departments for the high decision enacting the school formations with incentives, training programs for administrators principals ,support operational budgets for school sand the adoption of universities and colleges for preparing teachers to study programs to prepare them in the school administration field.
