هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج الدبلومات التربوية بجامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر الخريجين، وبيان علاقتها بكل من نوع التخصص، والمعدل التراكمي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (77) خريجًا من خريجي برنامج الدبلومات التربوية في جامعة شقراء. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (69) عبارة موزعة على سبعة محاور رئيسة وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية كالمتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية، واختبار (t). وأظهرت النتائج أن خريجي هذا البرنامج يرون فعالية عالية جدًا لأهمية المقررات الدراسية، كما يرون فعالية عالية لكل من تلبيه برنامج الدبلومات التربوية لحاجات الطلبة، وطرائق وأساليب التدريس، وتلبية البرنامج لحاجات المجتمع، وكذلك الوسائل التعليمية المستخدمة في التدريس، أما بالنسبة لأساليب تقويم طلاب برنامج الدبلومات التربوية والخدمات المكتبية، فقد أشارت النتائج إلى حاجة تطوير وتحسين في هذين المجالين. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات الطلبة لمحور تلبية برنامج الدبلومات التربوية لحاجات الطلبة تعزى لنوع التخصص لصالح طلبة دبلوم الإرشاد والتوجيه، وأما على بقية محاور الاستبانة فلم يكن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيًا تعزى لمتغير نوع التخصص، كما أظهرت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقويم الخريجين لمستوي محاور الاستبانة يعزى إلى المعدل التراكمي. وتم عرض مجموعة من التوصيات لتطوير برنامج الدبلومات التربوية من وجهة نظر الخريجين في جامعة شقراء
The aim of the study is to evaluate the Educational Diploma Program from the graduates' perspectives at Shaara University, and to examine its relationship to the specialization and the accumulative average. The sample of the study consisted of (77) graduates of the Educational Diploma Program at Shaqra University. A questionnaire was developed in order to achieve the goal of this study, which consisted of (69) items distributed at seven main dimensions. In order to answer the questions of the study, the statistical methods such as the mean, the average, the standard deviation and the T-Test were used. The results showed that graduates of this program highly appreciate the importance and the efficiency of the textbooks, in addition to that, they highly appreciate the effectiveness of the program in satisfying the demands of the students and the society as well, the teaching methods Ana the educational techniques used to teach this program. Regarding tried methods used for evaluating the students of the Educational Diploma Program and the library services dimensions■ the results showed there is a need to develop these two aspects. Moreover, the results showed that there are statistical differences in the students' responses regarding the dimension of the program's meeting of the students ’ demands, and this is due to the type of specialization, but for the rest of the dimensions of the questionnaire, there were no statistical differences with regards to the field of study variable. In addition to that, the results showed no statistical differences in the graduates' assessment of the dimensions of the questionnaire due to the accumulative average. Recommendations were made to improve this program from the graduates ’ perspectives at Shaqra University
