تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على البناء النفسي لحالة فتاة عانس تبلغ من العمر 36 عاما ، من خلال الدراسة المتعمقة المبنية على منهج التحليل النفسي ( دراسة الحالة ) ، باستخدام اختبار تفهم الموضوع الاسقاطي TAT) ) ومجموعة من الاختبارات والمقاييس النفسية الأخرى كمقياس الاكتئاب و اختبار تقدير الذات ومقياس التوافق الاجتماعي ومقياس قلق المستقبل ومقياس العدوانية ومقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية ، أظهرت نتائج تطبيق أدوات الدراسة السيكومترية أن الحالة تعاني من الاكتئاب و انخفاض تقدير الذات والتوافق الاجتماعي وشعورها بقلق المستقبل ومعاناتها من العدوانية والأفكار اللاعقلانية ، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة الإكلينيكية المبنية على اختبار تفهم الموضوع الاسقاطيTAT ) ) إن الحالة تعاني من مجموعة من الصراعات و الاضطرابات النفسية منها حالة الصراع بين الواقع الذي تعيشه وبين مطالب ذاتها ومشاعر عدم الأمن والخوف من المستقبل وظهور الأعراض السيكوباتية كالصداع والتوتر العصبي ولديها ميول انتحارية ، كما تلجا إلى استخدام المكنزمات الدفاعية وتشكو من السلطة الذكورية .
