|b This study aims to determine 1) the key motivations of Saudi Customers in choosing restaurants,2) whether there is a significant difference in the motivation for eating out at restaurants among different demographic groups. The findings of this study reveal that Saudi customers are motivated by multiple motivations to eat at restaurants, including 'healthy meals’, ‘indulgence and celebration', 'family outing', 'new experience', and 'saving time’ and "contort and enjoyment'. A family outing’ was the most important motivation for Saudi customers to eat at restaurants. Furthermore, the results of this study found that there are some significant differences in Saudi customers’ motivations to eat at restaurants according to the gender of respondents.
