هدف البحث الي الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح في الأصالة على بعض المتغيرات النفسية لدى طلاب الجامعة. واستخدم البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 80 طالب بكلية التربية جامعة المنيا. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في البرنامج التدريبي. مقياس المتغيرات النفسية لطلاب الجامعة. استمارة المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. وطبقت أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى عدم وجود فرق دال احصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في مستوى الطموح. كما وجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في دافعية الإنجاز لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ووجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في الوعي بالذات لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وأوصي البحث بإعداد برامج لتنمية الأصالة لدى المتعلمين في مراحل مختلفة من التعليم العام. وتدريب المعيدين والمدرسين المساعدين على تديس برامج تنمية الأصالة في كليات التربية. وإعطاؤهم الأسس النفسية التي يقوم عليها هذا النوع من التعلم. وضرورة احترام الطلاب الذين يظهرون مهارات ابتكارية أثناء عملية التدريس. وعدم إشعارهم بالنقص. ومد يد المساعدة والرعاية لهم. وضرورة الاهتمام بدافعية الإنجاز والوعي بالذات ومستوى الطموح لدى الطلاب وطرق تنميتها لدى الطلاب في مراحل تعليمية مختلفة. كما يجب اجراء دراسة لمعرفة أثر برنامج مقترح في تنمية الأصالة على تنمية حب الاستطلاع لدى طلاب الجامعة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research is to reveal the effectiveness of a proposed training program in the originality about some psychological variables among the university students. The research used the semi-experimental method. The research group consisted of 80 students at the Faculty of Education, Minya University. The research tools represented in the training program, the scale of the psychological variables for the university students and the economic and the social Level Form. The research tools were pre and post applied on the research group. The results found that there was no statistically significant difference between the average grades of the students in the pre and the post applications at the level of ambition. A statistically significant difference was found at the level of 0.01 between the average grades of the experimental group in the pre and the post applications in favor of the post-application. A statistically significant difference was found at the level of 0.01 between the average grades of the experimental group in the pre and the post applications of the self-awareness in favor of the post-application. The study recommended conducting development programs to improve the authenticity of the learners at different stages of the public education, and the training of the assistants and the assistant teachers in the development of pedagogy development programs in the faculties of the education, and provide them with the psychological basis on which this type of learning is relied, and the need to respect the students who demonstrate innovative skills during the teaching process, and not to notify them of the shortage, helping and caring for them, and the need to pay attention to the motivation of the achievement and the self-awareness, the level of ambition of the students' and their development methods among the students in different stages of the education. A study should also be conducted to find out the impact of a proposed program of authentic improvement on the development of the curiosity among the students of the university..
