إن للمناخ التنظيمي تأثيرا كبيراً على أية مؤسسة لتحقيق أهدافها بكفاءة وفاعلية، فهو يعكس مدى تحديد الأدوار والمسؤوليات بدقة للعاملين، وضمان عدم الازدواجية في المسؤوليات، وكذلك طبيعة الاتصال بين العاملين والإدارة، وبين العاملين وبعضهم البعض، وكذلك نوع العلاقات السائدة داخل المؤسسة. من هنا جاء البحث للتعرف على واقع المناخ التنظيمي في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات، حيث تم اختيار عينة بالطريقة العشوائية، وقد بلغ عددها (385) إدارياً. أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع المناخ التنظيمي في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية جاء بدرجة (متوسطة) في جميع المجالات ما عدا مجال التكنولوجيا، حيث جاء بدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير المستوى الإداري لصالح كل من الادارة العليا والإدارة الوسطى. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: تعميم نتائج هذا البحث على الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية؛ للافادة منها والعمل على تلاقي الجوانب السلبية للمناخ التنظيمي في كافة الجامعات الأخرى
The regulatory climate has a significant impact on any institute to achieve its objectives efficiently and effectively. It reflects the extent of defining the roles and responsibilities for the employees accurately, ensure that there is not any duplication of the responsibilities as well as the nature of the between the workers and the management and between the workers themselves and also the sort of the relation prevailing within the organization. The research, thus, emphasizes on the reality of the regulatory climate at Al-Balqa University and its relations with some variables in which the samples, that had reached 385 administrative, were chosen randomly. The findings suggest that the significant of regulatory climate at Al-Balqa university was in medium range in all field expect are of technology which was in high range. Furthermore, the findings show a statistically reality differences of the administ¬rative variable level for the benefit of both the senior and the middle management. The followings are the most important recomm¬endations of the study: the findings of this study should be popularized to the government Jordanian universities to get its benefit and avoid negative aspects of the regulatory climate at any other university
