المستخلص: This report proposes that Al-Baha University adopt "blended learning" as a technology-based teaching strategy. The report identifies the history of distant learning, its uses, advantages and disadvantage, the methodology of "blended learning", as well as factors that are likely to impact learning. Also discussed is the history of distant learning at Al Baha University. By introducing structured "blended learning" as an alternate learning strategy, knowledge can be effectively and efficiently delivered in order to meet the learning needs of a variety students. A brief study sample of the use of e- learning technologies and user interface within the university are illustrated.
