إن الأطفال يشكلون شريحة كبيرة وهامة في الهرم السكاني في المجتمع السعودي، .وبما أن لجان الحماية الاجتماعية من الإدارات الوطنية النسائية والتي من أهم أهدافها العمل على حماية الأطفال دون سن 18 سنة ، لذا وجب أن تكون المرأة العاملة في لجان الحماية لديها المعلومات والمعرفة والإدراك لحقوق الطفل وهو ما يمثل البعد والمكون العلمي والمعرفي و بتميزها باتجاهات إيجابية نحو حقوق الطفل فهذا ما يمثل البعد والمكون النفسي والاجتماعي للوعى وبناء على ذلك فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى دراسة (وعي المرأة السعودية العاملة بحقوق الطفل) في المجالات التالية (مجال الرعاية الصحية مادة (24) - النماء والتعليم مادة ( 28) — المشاركة مادة (31) - الحماية من كافه أشكال العنف والإساءة مادة (19) في لجان الحماية الاجتماعية. وكانت من أهم النتائج أن 60% من مجتمع الدراسة لم يطلعن ولا يعرفن شيئا عن نصوص الاتفاقية المتعلقة بحقوق الطفل لعدة أسباب وأيضاً 60.00% من المبحوثات يرون عدم تفعيل مواد ونصوص الاتفاقية داخل المؤسسة، لذا توصى الباحثة بالنظر بجدية لكيفية تفعيل مواد ونصوص الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل.
children resemble a huge and important number in saudi’s community population ,which saudi’s children percentage for who’s 14 years old or less are 49.23% out of the last statistics of the total saudi population.nevertheless,the community protection comity of the saudi national administration that their main goal is to work on child’s protection. Its a must for the working women to have the enough knowledge and information about the child rights and precipitin which present the dimension and scientific component .there are positive impact for child rights which present the dimension, psychic component and social awareness depending on that this study aims to study (saudi working women’s awareness of children’s rights) in different fields (health care according to legal rule (24)-Development and education according to legal rule(28)-participate according to legal rule(31)-protection from all kinds of violence and offend according to legal rule (19) in social protection committee. an important results were 60% from the studied community never been exposed or known anything in agreements provision of children rights for difference resons and 60% from the studied community see that no activation of the rules and in agreements provision inside the foundation. the resercher recommends serious consideration of activate the international agreements provision for children rights and solving the problems faced by activate .the children and families fileds in officials level and employees even in beneficiaries level at social comities with special budget for implementation of this plan.
