المستخلص:	Morocco has currently a huge need for services and economic and social infrastructure, but it still faces funding constraints very important. While the PPP will allow Morocco to ease public spending, increasing its ability to finance the development of its infrastructure. However, it is important to analyze the PPP in its various dimensions, its impact in a country like Morocco, and analyze to what extent this policy could be appropriate knowing that he has demonstrated that success of failures in other countries that have accumulated extensive experience in this field for years. Le Maroc a actuellement un besoin énorme en matière de services et d’infrastructures économiques et sociales, mais il rencontre encore des contraintes de financement très importantes. Certes, le PPP permettra au Maroc d’alléger ses dépenses publiques, l’augmentation de sa capacité de financement, le développement de ses infrastructures. Cependant, il serait important d’analyser le PPP, dans ses différentes dimensions, ses impacts dans un pays comme le Maroc, et d’analyser dans quelle mesure cette politique pourrait lui être opportune sachant qu’elle a fait preuve de réussite que d’échecs dans d’autres pays qui ont accumulé une large expérience dans ce domaine depuis des années.
