المستخلص: This study aims to shed light upon creativity and its role in respect to encouraging the organizational learning process within the Algerian institution, upon the basis that organized learning is regarded to be a fundamental step in respect to the learning organization. To accomplish this aim, we have surveyed the opinions of the workers in “The loved for alimentary doughs” institution, which is active in the manufacturing sector in the Annaba province. That is based upon a questionnaire containing questions for aspects of creativity which have a positive impact in relation to the regulatory learning process, within the institution which is the subject of the study.

Cette étude vise à mettre en valeur de l’innovation et son rôle dans le processus de l'apprentissage organisationnel dans l'organisation algérienne, considérant que l'apprentissage organisationnel est une étape clé dans l'organisation apprenante. Et pour cela, nous avons interrogé les employeurs dans l’entreprise « sarl mahbouba », basé sur un questionnaire comprend plusieurs questions sur l’innovation qui a un effet positif de processus d'apprentissage organisationnel dans l'organisation à l'étude.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الإبداع و دوره في تشجيع عملية التعلم التنظيمي في المؤسسة الجزائرية، من منطلق أن التعلم التنظيمي يعتبر خطوة رئيسية في المنظمة المتعلمة. ولتحقيق هذه الغاية قمنا باستطلاع آراء العمال في مؤسسة "محبوبة للعجائن الغذائية" التي تنشط في القطاع الصناعي لولاية عنابة، بناءا على إستمارة شملت أسئلة لجوانب من الإبداع الذي له أثر إيجابي في عملية التعلم التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.
