المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف اتجاهات طلبة كلية التربية تخصص معلم صف وتخصص مناهج وتقنيات التعليم نحو استخدام الانترنت في التعلم والتعليم في المرحلة الجامعية، وتعرف الفروق في مستوى الاتجاهات تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص، وتعرف الصعوبات التي تواجههم عند استخدامهم الانترنت في المرحلة الجامعية. ومن ثم تقديم مقترحات لتفعيل استخدام الانترنت في المرحلة الجامعية. تكونت عينة البحث من (96) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة البعث تخصص معلم صف وتخصص مناهج وتقنيات التعليم، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من المجتمع الأصلي بواقع (24) طالباً و (24) طالبة من كل تخصص. طبقت على عينة البحث استبانة لاستطلاع اتجاهات الطلبة من التخصصين المذكورين مؤلفة من (24) مفردة حكمت بعرضها على عدد من المحكمين في كلية التربية وعدلت بما يتناسب وآراء السادة المحكمين وخرجت بالصورة التي يبينها الملحق (1). وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الاتجاهات نحو استخدام الانترنت في التعلم والتعليم في المرحلة الجامعية تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص، ووجود صعوبات عديدة أهمها التكلفة المادية وعدم توفير مراكز الحاسب الآلي المتصلة بالإنترنت في الجامعة.

Objective of this research is to identify trends students of the Faculty of Education allocates classroom teacher and Curriculum and teaching techniques towards the use of the Internet in learning and teaching at the university level. And know the differences between the variables of sex, specialization, and know the difficulties faced by students, when they use the Internet at the university level. And then submit proposals to enable the use of the Internet at the university level. Sample consisted of (96) male and female students from the Faculty of Education at the University of AL Baath specialty classroom teacher and Curriculum and teaching techniques, were randomly selected from the original community by (24) students and (24) a student from each discipline . Applied to the sample questionnaire to survey students' attitudes of teachers mentioned majors consisting of (24) Single sentenced to the attention of a number of arbitrators in the College of Education and adjusted to suit the views of Messrs. arbitrators and exited the manner specified by Annex (1). The search came to several of the most important results: - There are no statistically significant differences at the level variable directions students of the Faculty of Education allocates classroom teacher, and Curriculum and teaching techniques towards the use of the Internet in learning and teaching at the university level, the differences use of the Internet was the requirement to the cost of using network Internet, and did not provide computer centers connected to the Internet at the university.
