Therefore, people attentive they are more inclined to keep their secrets and not to talk feelings and thoughts of others is also an important factor vigilant person in the process of decision-making because individuals who fail to take the right decision are not being vigilant enough and 1- :needed in life situations so targeted research to identify .confidentiality among university students . 2-confidentiality among university students, depending on the . variables of sex (male -anat) and specialization (scientific -.)ansan 3-.Personal vigilance among university students . 4-Personal vigilance among university students, depending on . the variables of sex (male-female) and specialization (scientific.)humanist 5-The relationship between relational confidentiality and . .personal vigilance among university students And identifies current research students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Mustansiriya initial studies /Morning and both sexes and both majors for the academic year (2013-2014) and the findings of the research and the existence of confidentiality among university students in general, but in males was higher than females, and not there is a difference between each of the students in the scientific specialization and students of specialization in human confidentiality. السر أمانة لدى من يستودع حفظه التزاماً بما جاءت به الشريعة الإسلامية، ولا شك أن لكل إنسان أسراره الخاصة التي يحرص على عدم إطلاع الغير عليها أو المساس بها فله أسراره وخصوصياته، والناس يخالط بعضهم بعضاً ويفضي بعضهم إلى بعض بما قد يكون سراً، وأن من الخيانة أن يستأمن المرء على سر فيذيعه وينشره وفي هذا الصدد يشير الغزالي إلى أن "إفشاء السر خيانة" وأن أهمية كتمان السر لا تقتصر على أسرار الفرد الشخصية وأسرار الآخرين التي يطلع عليها أو يؤتمن عليها منهم، بل هناك أكثر من جانب يجب أن نكتم السر فيها مثل الجانب السياسي والاقتصادي والجانب الأمني والعسكري ولعل الأخير أكثر الجوانب أهمية لكتمان السر لأن العدو يستفيد من المعلومات المفشاه بسرعة ويلحق الضرر بالآخرين، لذا فإن الأشخاص اليقظين يكونون أكثر ميلاً للحفاظ على أسرارهم وعدم البوح بمشاعرهم وأفكارهم للآخرين كما تعد يقظة الشخص عاملاً مهماً في عملية اتخاذ القرار لأن الأفراد الذين يخفقون في اتخاذ القرار الصحيح لا يتمتعون باليقظة الكافية والمطلوبة في مواقف الحياة لذلك استهدف البحث التعرف على: 1- كتمان السر لدى طلبة الجامعة. 2- كتمان السر لدى طلبة الجامعة تبعاً لمتغير الجنس (ذكور-إناث) والتخصص (علمي-إنساني). 3- الشخصية اليقظة لدى طلبة الجامعة. 4- الشخصية اليقظة لدى طلبة الجامعة تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور-إناث) والتخصص (علمي إنساني). 5- العلاقة الارتباطية بين كتمان السر والشخصية اليقظة لدى طلبة الجامعة، وتحدد البحث الحالي بطلبة كلية التربية في الجامعة المستنصرية الدراسات الأولية/ الصباحي ولكلا الجنسين ومن كلا التخصصين للعام الدراسي (2013-2014)، ومن النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث وجود كتمان السر لدى طلبة الجامعة بشكل عام ولكن عند الذكور كان أعلى من الإناث، ولم يكن هناك فرق بين كل من طلبة التخصص العلمي وطلبة التخصص الإنساني في كتمان السر. أما الشخصية اليقظة فقد أظهرت النتائج أن طلبة الجامعة لديهم شخصية يقظة سواء بالنسبة للجنس أو التخصص. لذلك خرج البحث ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
