المستخلص: Of principles internationally recognized to be of the state alone, the right to self provisions pertaining to the acquisition of sexual and lost at the discretion of investigators to their interests and appropriate to the circumstances of the political , social and economic , and that this principle goal ( freedom of the state to regulate the provisions of nationality ). but is derived from the principle of state authority and sovereignty over its territory and members its people. This principle has been approved and the judgment is accordingly at the international , regional and national , where sexual and considered the provisions of the regulation of matters left to the jurisdiction of the domestic law in each state. But might this freedom to the conflict between the fundamental interests of the states and disorder and conflict of laws , which have provoked international disputes , so in order to prevent such a conflict has imposed some restrictions on the freedom of the state to regulate the provisions of nationality , some of these restrictions is derived from considerations relating to the interests of the states (Agreement and customary ) and others are derived from considerations relating to the interests of individual rights such as the right to a nationality and are not deprived of his nationality arbitrarily rights and the right to change his nationality and keep them
