But might this freedom to the conflict between the fundamental interests of the states and disorder and conflict of laws , which have provoked international disputes , so in order to prevent such a conflict has imposed some restrictions on the freedom of the state to regulate the provisions of nationality , some of these restrictions is derived from considerations relating to the interests of the states (Agreement and customary ) and others are derived from considerations relating to the interests of individual rights such as the right to a nationality and are not deprived of his nationality arbitrarily rights and the right to change his nationality and keep them | ||
