واقع المقررات الدراسية في اقسام المعلومات والمكتبات في المعاهد العراقية: دراسة مقارنة مع نماذج في المعاهد العربية والأجنبية

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل البرامج والخطط الدراسية التي تقدمها أقسام المعلومات والمكتبات في المعاهد العراقية والتعرف على الواقع الحالي لها من خلال مقارنتها مع مثيلاتها في الأقطار العربية ونماذج عالمية متطورة من كندا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وأستراليا، التعرف على أوجه القصور والقوة في هذه الخطط والمناهج الدراسية. وشملت الدراسة أقسام المعلومات والمكتبات في المعاهد العراقية الثلاث (الإداري/ الرصافة، التقني / الموصل، الفني الإداري/ أربيل)، وأقسام المعلومات والمكتبات في الدول العربية (الأردن، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، فلسطين)، ونماذج من أقسام المكتبات والمعلومات العالمية في كل من (كندا، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، أستراليا) واستخدمت الدراسة منهجي بحث:
أولا: المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمسح مواقع وبرامج أقسام المعلومات والمكتبات التي شملتها الدراسة على الأنترنت وتحليل خططها، ووصف برامج أقسام المعلومات والمكتبات وخططها وتوصيف المقررات المتعلقة بالدراسة.
ثانيا: المنهج المقارن لمقارنة المناهج الدراسية لأقسام المعلومات والمكتبات في المعاهد العراقية مع المناهج العربية والعالمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها
1- عدم وجود سياسة لتحديث المقررات في الأقسام المعلومات والمكتبات في المعاهد العراقية.
2- إن أقسام المعلومات والمكتبات العراقية تتبع النظام السنوي والأقسام العربية تتبع نظام الفصول الدراسية، وتبنت الأقسام العالمية مقررات إجبارية واختيارية.
وكان من أبرز التوصيات:
1- ضرورة مراجعة البرامج والخطط الدراسية بأقسام المعلومات والمكتبات في المعاهد العراقية وتقويمها بصفة دورية.
2- التركيز على التدريب العملي والتطبيقي المكثف للمقررات الدراسية.

The study aimed to analyze the programs and the study plans offered by the information departments and the libraries in the Iraqi institutes, and to identify their current reality by comparing them with their counterparts in the Arab countries and the developed international models from Canada, USA and Australia. This is to identify the shortcomings and the strengths in these plans and curricula. The study included sections of information and libraries in the three Iraqi institutes ( Rusafa administrative technical institute / Mosul administrative technical institute / Erbil ).In addition to the Information and the Libraries departments in the Arab States (Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Palestine), as well as models of global libraries and information sections in both (Canada, United States, Australia). The study used the following methods:
First: the descriptive approach to survey the sites and the programs of the information sections and libraries covered in the study on the internet besides analyzing their plans. Moreover, we find the description of the curriculum related to the study.
Second: the comparative approach to compare the curricula of the information departments and libraries in Iraqi institutes with the Arabic and the international curricula. The study found a number of results, the most important of which are:
1. There is no policy to update the curricula in the information sections and the libraries in the institutes of Iraqi.
2. The information departments and libraries of Iraq follow the annual system and the Arab departments follow the system of the academic semester . The international departments adopted global compulsory and the optional curriculum.
The most prominent recommendations were:
1. There is a need to review the programs and the plans of the study in the sections of the information and the libraries in Iraqi institutes and evaluate them periodically.
2. The emphasis on the intensive practical and applied training on the curriculum.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
