تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إدارة الأزمات بجامعة عمر المختار فرع درنة من خلال الأبعاد الاتية: المرحلة، نوع الأزمة، آثارها ؛ فقد قام الباحثان بتطوير استبانة معتمدا على بعض الدراسات السابقة، حيث تم التأكد من مصداقيتها ومعامل ثباتها، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة عمر المختار فرع درنة والذي بلغ قوامه بـ (60) عضوا، وبعد توزيع الاستبانة تم استرجاع (50) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالحاسب الآلي واستخدام برنامج إحصائي من خدمة البرمجيات الواردة في SPSS))، حيث تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج يمكن إيجازها فيما يلي: كشفت الدراسة أن ثقافة إدارة الأزمة لدي متخذي القرار في المؤسسة قيد الدراسة حظيت بمستوى مرتفع؛ أوضحت الدراسة أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تمر بمرحلة نضج الأزمة؛ خلصت الدراسة إلى تأثر مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالأزمة السياسية التي تعصف بالبلاد، والذي ظهر جليا من خلال تأثر المؤسسة محل الدراسة بعدم القدرة على ضبط مواعيد الدراسة والامتحانات، وتوقف وتعليق الدراسة بشكل مستمر؛ وأخيرا قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل اتباعها لتعزيز وتدعيم إدارة الأزمات بالجامعة قيد الدراسة.
This study aims to identify the reality of crisis management at Omar Mukhtar University, Derna branch, through the following factors: (stage, crisis type, effects).The researchers developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which they were sure of their validity and reliability. The study population; (60) members, are a group of academic staff at Omar Mukhtar University, Derna branch. After the distribution of the questionnaire, (50) form were retrieved and valid for statistical analysis. The analysis of the study data was done by the use of computerized and statistical program of service software contained in the (SPSS), and they reached many results which can be summarized as follows: The study revealed that the crisis management culture among decision-makers in the university under study was high. The study then showed that the university under consideration is undergoing the process of crisis maturation. To conclude, the study showed that institutions of higher education were directly influenced by the political crisis afflicting the whole country, which is clearly evident as the institution under study is unable to adjust the dates of study and examinations, and the pending and suspension of the study on an ongoing basis. Finally, the study made a series of recommendations which will hopefully be followed to enhance and strengthen the crisis management at the university under study.
