The current study intends to identify, in general, the concepts of student mobility and explore Bologna Process in order to draw an initial conception of how GCC states can benefit from these concepts. Deductive/inductive approach was employed, using the content analysis method, to achieve this purpose. The study came up with a thesis that student mobility is applicable in GCC states in light of Bologna Process, without neglecting the GCC local contexts. The study concluded with an initial 2-phase conception of student mobility among GCC universities: the requirement phase of student mobility and the phase of student mobility itself.
