The purpose of this study is to explore the ability of applying knowledge economy principles in Princess Nora Bint Abdurrahman University. To achieve this aim the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of (20) items after calculating reliability and validity. The questionnaire was administrated on a random sample consisted of (45) academic leaders. After collecting Data (SPSS), software was used for analysis purposes. The findings showed that the ability of applying knowledge economy in Princess Nora Bint Abdurrahman University was high in (planning and infrastructure) domains while, it was within an average in (Educational outcomes) domain. From the other hand, the findings showed that there were significant statistical differences attributed to gender and scientific qualification. Meanwhile, there were no significant statistical differences attributed to experience variable. Based on the findings of the study the researcher called on Princess Nora Bint Abdurrahman University to adopt Knowledge economy. Moreover, the researcher recommended the need of conducting more studies on other Saudi universities then comparing the findings with the current study to reach a full perception about the Saudi experiment towards Appling knowledge economy
