إن الاهتمام بالإنسان المصري ورعايته منذ نعومه أظافره أحد أهم أعمدة الثروة القومية المستقبلية، ولذلك أعطت الدولة كل الاهتمام للتعليم وجعلته مشروعا قوميا بل واعتبرته من أهم قضايا الأمن القومي المصري، وكان لزاما أن تتوحد الجهود والأفكار لتقويم عناصر العملية التعليمية بدورها المتكامل في بناء شخصية الإنسان المصري بناءا يؤهله لمستقبل تنتظره مصر. ويتسم العصر الذي نعيشه اليوم بالانفتاح العالمي لما طرأ عليه من مستحدثات تكنولوجية في كل نواحي الحياة وأصبحت الجامعة مفتوحة على المجتمع وكذلك أصبح المجتمع مفتوحا على العالم بحكم تطور وسائل الاتصال، وأصبحت رسالة الجامعة لا تقتصر فقط على تغطية احتياجات الطلاب خلال سنوات الدراسة، وإنما أصبح من أهم أدوارها ملاحقة عملية التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في إعداد الكوادر البشرية عن طريق تشخيص الواقع والتخطيط للمستقبل ووضع معايير حديثة تؤدي إلى مواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل بمستجداته. هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهم متطلبات سوق العمل لخريجي الإعلام التربوي في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة في التعليم الجامعي. وانقسم البحث إلى الإطار النظري وشمل: الدراسات السابقة، مواصفات خريج الإعلام التربوي، معوقات الجودة الشاملة، أهم التحديات التي تواجه التعليم الجامعي، ثم الإطار الميداني ويشمل: منهج وعينة البحث: يندرج هذا البحث تحت نوع البحوث الوصفية، ولقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة عمدية قوامها 200 مفردة موزعة كالتالي: 66 مفردة من طلاب الفرقة الأولى- إعلام تربوي 93 مفردة من طلاب الفرقة الثانية- إعلام تربوي، 35 مفردة من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة مسرح وصحافة وإذاعة وتليفزيون، 6 مفردات من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة صحافة وإذاعة وتليفزيون من 18- 21 سنة من كلية التربية النوعية بكفر الشيخ، 100 مفردة من أخصائي الإعلام التربوي بالمدارس المصرية بمحافظات كفر الشيخ وطنطا والدقهلية. أدوات البحث: جمعت بيانات هذا البحث من خلال استمارة استبيان بالمقابلة أعدت لهذا الغرض، ولقد طبق هذا البحث في الفترة الزمنية خلال شهر إبريل 2014م.
