المستخلص: This study focuses on the pre education school in which the children participate since their earlier childhood. This period of time is considered the most sensitive according to the children, because it affects the individual personality in the future. There are three dimensions, regarding the pre- education school. First, the law dimension which includes the way of registration, the acceptance, supporting and the license for the pre education school institutions. Second, the materialistic dimension, which represents these institutions according to its location, size, the buildings and its furniture that’s suit the children. Third, the human dimension, which includes the pre education “head master’ and her qualifications. Also, the supervisor and her characteristics which represent the essential factor for scoring the prepared experienced syllable. The role of the supervisor is important, because in this period of time the children can a quire knowledge, and experiences through the observation and imitation. Lastly, the researcher prepared aprepryal for program for training the qualifying workers in this stage. Also, the researcher designed aself- assessment form for the pre education school supervisors. \
