هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بحث الدور الذي تقوم به حاضنات الأعمال في إنشاء المشروعات الريادية التكنولوجية وتطويرها في الأردن، وتقديم التوصيات اللازمة، من خلال الإجابة على فرضيات الدراسة وأسئلتها، وتدور حول دور حاضنات الأعمال في إنشاء المشروعات الريادية التكنولوجية وتكوينها وتطويرها، وما أنواع المساعدة والخدمات والتسهيلات المقدمة داخل الحاضنات. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المشروعات المستفيدة من حاضنة الأعمال (I Park) وبلغ عددها مشروعاً (50) ، كما يقدر عدد العاملين فيها (500) موظف، وبلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (50) فردا، كما أجريت مقابلات مع بعض المسؤولين في هذه الحاضنات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أبرزها: أن دور حاضنات الأعمال الأردنية سواء في إنشاء المشروعات الريادية التكنولوجية أو تطويرها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروقات جوهرية في وجهات نظر المبحوثين حول دور حاضنات الأعمال الأردنية في إيجاد المشروعات الريادية التكنولوجية وتطويرها تبعا للجنس والفئة العمرية والصفة الوظيفية. وأوصت الدراسة بما يأتي: قيام حاضنات الأعمال الأردنية بتنظيم برامج إعلامية للتعريف بدورها، وإرشاد أصحاب الأفكار الريادية لكيفية للتقدم للحصول على الدعم والاحتضان، تركيز حاضنات الأعمال على الجامعات الأردنية نظرا لكونها تضم نخبة من الكوادر البشرية، والمبدعين، وأصحاب المبادرات، والأفكار القابلة للتحويل إلى مشاريع ريادية، وزيادة جهود حاضنات الأعمال في إيجاد المشروعات التكنولوجية وتطويرها من درجة متوسطة إلى درجة عالية، ومتابعة الشركات بعد تخرجها من الحاضنة، وتقديم الدعم والمساعدة اللازمة لنجاحها واستمراريتها ، والتركيز على تفعيل رؤية الحاضنات وأهدافها لمساعدة الشركات الجديدة بما يتلاءم مع متطلبات السوق والزبائن، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول فاعلية دور حاضنات الأعمال الأخرى في مجالات أخرى في الأردن لمقارنة نتائجها مع نتائج هذه الدراسة، وإجراء دارسات مقارنة حول دور حاضنات الأعمال في إيجاد المشروعات التكنولوجية وتطويرها في الأردن، وباقي دول العالم.
This study aims to examine the role played by business incubators in the creation and development of Technological Entrepreneurial projects in Jordan and make the necessary recommendations, by answering the hypotheses and questions of the study that Investigate the role of business incubators in the establishment and formation and development Technological Entrepreneurial projects, and the types of assistance and services and facilities provided inside incubators. The study population consisted of projects benefiting from the Business Incubator (I Park) which numbered (50) projects with an estimated number of (500) employees and (50) study sample members. Interviews were conducted with some officials in these incubators. The study finds several results, the role of Jordanian business incubators both in the establishment or development of Technological Entrepreneurial projects or came moderate. It is found that there are significant differences in the views of respondents on the role of Jordanian business incubators in finding and developing Technological Entrepreneurial projects by sex, age group and functional status. The study recommends the following: Jordanian business incubators should organize information programs to define their role and guide owners of entrepreneurial ideas of how to apply for the support and incubation. Business incubators should concentrate on the Jordanian universities as they have a selection of creative people and owners of initiatives and ideas convertible into Technological Entrepreneurial projects. They should increase efforts in finding and developing technology projects from moderate to high levels. They should follow up new firms after graduating from the incubator and provide support and assistance necessary for their success and sustainability. They should focus on activating the vision and goals of incubators to help new companies in line with the requirements of the market and customers. Further studies need to be conducted on the effectiveness of the role of other business incubators in other areas in Jordan to compare their results with the results of this study. Comparative studies need to be conducted on the role of business incubators in the creation and development of technological projects in Jordan and the rest of the world.
