تناول هذا البحث سمات التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الإمام الشهيد أحمد ياسين، هذا الرجل الذي بث روح الجهاد والعمل الدءوب لدى الشباب الفلسطيني، على مدى ثلاثة عقود ونيف، على الرغم من ظروفه الصعبة الخاصة، التي تمثلت في الشلل والأمراض المختلفة والظروف العامة للمجتمع الفلسطيني تحت الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، واعتقاله مرات عدة، وركز الباحث اهتمامه على ثلاث سمات اجتماعية مهمة هي: الإيثار، التعاون والتنافس إضافة إلى تفحص دور الشيخ مع الجماعة، كمبادر ومعطي للمعلومات وموضح ومنسق ومقوم. وقام الباحث بإجراء مقابلات وتوزيع استبانات على عينة تكونت من 74 شخصا (64 رجل، 10 نساء) ممن عايشوا الشيخ واشتركوا معه في أنشطة مختلفة، وأشارت النتائج إلى تميز الشيخ بدرجات مرتفعة جدا في السمات الثلاث، وعلى رأسها سمة الإيثار التي كان وزنها النسبي 94.78% يليها التعاون 91.69% ثم التنافس 89.63%، وتضمن البحث الكثير من القصص والمواقف، التي أدلى بها أفراد عينة الدراسة، كشواهد على تلك السمات. كما أظهرت النتائج ارتفاعا في مستوى أداء الشيخ لأدواره المتصلة بالجماعة، كان أعلاها كمعطي للمعلومات 89.63% تلاها دوره كمبادر ومشجع 88.91% ثم دوره كموضح 88.85% وجاء في المرتبة الرابعة دوره كمنسق 88.51% وأخرها دوره كمقوم 83.78% وقد عزى الباحث نجاح الشيخ في أداءه لأدواره، إلى قدرته الخاصة على تركيز انتباهه وذاكرته القوية، وطريقته الواضحة في شرح أفكاره، وعلاقاته الإنسانية الطيبة مع من حوله، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الشيخ أحمد ياسين كان يتمتع بشخصية اجتماعية فذة أسهمت في نجاحه وحب الناس له، رحمه الله رحمة واسعة.
This research concerns itself with Imam Martyr Ahmad Yasin's social interaction traits. The Imam inspired the Palestinian youth to resist and work for more that three decades despite his own difficult circumstances reflected in his paralysis, the different diseases inflicted on him, and his frequent detention and imprisonment at the hands of the Israeli occupation. In addition to these personal dilemmas, the Sheikh underwent the same adverse circumstances which the Palestinian society as a whole encountered. In this study, the researcher concentrated on three important social interaction traits which Sheikh Yasin had. These traits are as follows: altruism, cooperation and competition. Moreover, the study focused on investigating the Sheikh's group task roles as an initiator, information provider, elaborator, coordinator, and evaluator. The researcher conducted interviews and distributed questionnaires among a sample consisting of (74) people, (64) males and (10) females, who knew the Sheikh and shared him various activities. The results indicated that the Sheikh excelled greatly in these three traits. Altruism, whose relative weight was (94.78%) came on top of these traits, followed by cooperation (91.69%), and followed by competition (89.63%). The research comprised a large number of stories and situations mentioned by the sample members as evidence of these traits. The results also revealed that a high level of the Sheikh's group task roles. Top of these roles was his role as an information provider (89.63%), followed by his role as an initiator (88.91%), followed by his role as an illustrator (88.85%), followed by his role as a coordinator (88.51), and last came his role as an evaluator (83.78%). The researcher attributed the Sheikh's success in his roles for his special ability to concentrate his attention, his strong memory, his clear way of expressing his ideas, and his good humane relationships with those around him. The study concluded that Sheikh Ahmad Yasin had a unique social personality, which contributed to achieving success and obtaining people's love and respect.
