The present study aimed at investigating the level of job-satisfaction among the academic facilitators of the Open University of Sudan and its relationship with achievement motivation. Ninety ( 90 ) academic facilitators were chosen for the investigation, in which the analytic and descriptive approach was adopted. The tools used included job-satisfaction and job-motivation scales. The following results were reached: 1. The level of job-satisfaction was high in the collected sample. 2. There is no statistical variation of job-satisfaction with age. 3. There is no variation in job-satisfaction according to the standard of education in any of the following; the relations amongst individuals, a. salaries and incentives, b. direct facilitation. 4. There is variation in job-satisfaction between males and females according to incentives, rewards, administration and direct facilitation. 5. There is a relationship among the level of job-satisfaction, motivation incentive and nature of job, whereas there is none between the motivation incentive and the rest.
