المستخلص: يتكون البحث من خمسة مباحث: المبحث الأول: في تعريف المسؤولية الجنائية وأسبابها وشروطها. المبحث الثاني: في مدى مسؤولية قائد المركبة عن مركبته. وفيه تم بيان أن الأصل ضمان قائد المركبة لكل ما تحدثه مركبته خلال قيادته لها، أما لو كان ملتزماً بالأنظمة ولم يحدث منه تعد أو تفريط، ثم أصاب مركبة أخرى فلا ضمان عليه. المبحث الثالث: في المسؤولية الجنائية على قائدي المركبات بسبب السرعة. وفيه تم الحديث عن تحريم تجاوز السرعة النظامية، ووجوب الضمان على قائد المركبة بسبب تجاوز السرعة، وأهم صور الضمان، وهي: الاصطدام، والانقلاب. المبحث الرابع: في المسؤولية الجنائية على قائدي المركبات بسبب الإهمال. وفيه تم تعريف الإهمال، وضابطه، وأهم صور الإهمال، وهي: الإهمال في صيانة المركبة، والإهمال في الاحتياط والحذر، والإهمال بزيادة حمولة المركبة، والإهمال بتمكين غير المؤهل من قيادة المركبة. المبحث الخامس: في المسؤولية لجنائية على قائدي المركبات بسبب التفحيط والمطاردات. وفيه تم تعريف التفحيط، وحكمه، ومسؤولية المفحط الجنائية، وأقسام المطاردات، وحكم كل قسم. وأخيراً الخاتمة، وفيها خلاصة بأهم النتائج، وملحق قرار مجمع الفقه الإسلامي الدولي حول الموضوع.

The fifth topic: In the criminal responsibility on motorists because Altvhit and chases. And it has been defined Altvhit، and judgment، and Mufaht criminal responsibility، and Almtaradat sections، and each section rule. Finally، the conclusion and the summary of significant results، and the extension decision International Islamic Fiqh Academy on the subject.
