أثبت التعلم التعاوني التقليدي فاعليته في تحقيق أهداف التعليم، وتنمية المهارات المختلفة لدى الطلاب، وساهم في تحسين جودة التعليم، وذلك نتيجة للتفاعلات التي تحدث بين المجموعات التعاونية، وبعد تطوير أدوات الويب 2 والتي ساهمت بشكل كبير في تنفيذ مختلف الاستراتيجيات التعلمية من خلال شبكة الويب العالمية، والبحث الحالي خطوة للتحقق من مدى ملائمة هذه الأدوات في تنفيذ استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني القائم على الويب. فقد تم صياغة مشكلة البحث في الكشف عن فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني إلكترونياً من خلال شبكة الويب، وتطبيق هذه الاستراتيجية على مقرر تقنيات التدريس في جامعة الأقصى، وذلك بسبب الصعوبات التي يعانيها طلاب القطاع من عدم استقرار وانتظام الدراسة، وكانت التجربة فرصة للبحث عن بديل جيد في حال استمرار الأوضاع كما هي وعدم تمكن الطلاب من الوصول إلى أماكن دراستهم. ومن ثم استهدف البحث اقتراح استراتيجية تعلم يتم فيها تقسيم الطلاب إلى مجموعات صغيرة، وفي كل مجموعة يتم توزيع الأدوار بين الطلاب بشكل تبادلي ومستمر، وتعمل أدوات الويب ٢ على تحقيق المهمات التعاونية المطلوبة إنجازها من الطلبة، ومنها اعتمد على الاتصال المتزامن مثل غرف الحوار، ومنها اعتمد على الاتصال غير المتزامن مثل البريد الإلكتروني والمنتديات التعليمية. وقد انتهج الباحثون منهج البحث التطويري بما يتضمنه من الوصف والتطوير والتجريب، وتكونت عينة البحث من (20) طالبة تم اختيارها قصديا والمشاركة التطوعية، وتم تحليل محتوى مقرر تقنيات التدريس المعتمد من قبل جامعة الأقصى كمتطلب إجباري لطلبة كلية التربية، وتضمن المقرر (7) موديولات تعلمية، كما تم التوصل إلى قائمة معايير لتصميم استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني وتضمنت (11) معيار و (141) مؤشر، وتم بناء اختبارين لقياس مهارات التفكير الناقد ومهارات التعلم الاجتماعي وتم تحكيمهم، كما تم بناء الموقع التعليمي وفق المعايير التي تم التوصل إليها. وتم تنفيذ التجربة بتطبيق استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني الإلكتروني، كما تم تطبيق أداتي البحث، وتم معالجة البيانات بالأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، واختبار فروض البحث، وتم مناقشة النتائج، وكشفت النتائج عن فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني في تنمية مهارات التفكير الناقد ومهارات التعلم الاجتماعي لدى عينة البحث. \
The traditional cooperative learning has been proved to be an effective strategy in achieving the objectives of education, developing students various skills, and it contributed powerfully in improving the quality of education, as a result of the interactions occur between cooperative groups. After developing "Web Tools 2", which contributed significantly in the implementation of various learning strategies through the World Wide Web, the current research is a step to verify the suitability of these tools in the implementation of cooperative learning strategy based on the Web. The research problem has been stated in detecting the effectiveness of using cooperative learning strategy electronically through the web, and applying this strategy on Al-Aqsa University teaching techniques course, because of the difficulties experienced by Gaza students, the instability and irregularity of the study, this experience was a chance to find a good alternative in case of these conditions would continue as they are and the students could not reach their study places. Therefore, this research aimed at suggesting a learning strategy in which students are divided into small groups, in each group roles are distributed between students interactively and continuously, and Web Tools 2 help students to achieve the cooperative tasks required through using concurrent connection such as chat rooms or asynchronous communication, such as e-mail and educational forums. Researchers have pursued the developmental research methodology which includes description, development and experimentation, and the research sample consisted of (20) students. The content of teaching techniques course approved by Al-Aqsa University has been analyzed as a mandatory requirement for the students of the Faculty of Education, and it included (7) learning modules, a list of criteria has also been designed for cooperative learning strategy and it included (11) criteria and (141) index, two tests were built to measure critical thinking and Social learning skills and they have been measured, an educational site has also been built according to the criteria that have been reached. The experiment has been applied using the E- cooperative learning strategy, both research tools have been applied, data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, hypotheses were tested, research results were discussed which revealed on the effectiveness of the cooperative learning strategy in developing critical thinking and social learning skills among the research sample. \
