يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على أثر تصميم بيئة تعلم إلكتروني تشاركي قائمة على بعض أدوات الويب 2 وهي: محررات الويب التشاركية Wiki (الويكي) وشبكة التواصل الاجتماعي Face book والمدونات Blogs على تنمية مهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية، وقد تناول البحث علاقة بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني التشاركي القائمة على بعض أدوات الويب 2 والتي صممت وفقا لنموذج سيمنز 2005-بتنمية مهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية، وذلك من خلال اجراء تجربة البحث على طلاب الفرقة الرابعة بقسم تكنولوجيا التعليم،حيث تألفت عينة البحث من المجتمع الكلي للطلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة إعداد معلم الحاسب الآلي بكلية التربية النوعية بطنطا وعددهم (40) طالبا وطالبة تم توزيعهم عشوائيا على مجموعتين، المجموعة التجريبية الأولى تدرس من خلال (بيئة تعلم إلكتروني تشاركي قائمة على أدوات ويب 2.0 تم تصميمها من خلال نظام إدارة التعلم موودل Moodle حيث يتم ربطه بأدوات ويب 2.0 وهي الويكي والفيس بوك والمدونة)، والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية تدرس من خلال (بيئة تعلم إلكتروني تقليدية تم تصميمها باستخدام نظام إدارة التعلم Moodle وأداة المحادثة Chat للاتصال المتزامن وأداة المنتدى Fourm للاتصال غير المتزامن)، واستمرت التجربة لمدة سبعة أسابيع متتالية، ثم إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية ببرنامج (SPSS)، وأكدت نتائج البحث الحالي على فعالية كل من بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني التشاركي القائمة على بعض أدوات الويب 2.0 وبيئة التعلم الإلكتروني التقليدية في تنمية مهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية لدى طلاب الحاسب الآلي لصالح الأداء البعدي، كما بينت النتائج أن بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني التشاركي القائمة على بعض أدوات ويب 2.0 المقترحة تفوقت على بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني التقليدية في تنمية مهارات إدارة المعرفة الشخصية لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم.
The current research aims to recognize the effect of environment design of cooperative electronic learning based on some websites tools 2 and they are the participatory web editors ( wiki ), social communication network ( Facebook ) and ( blogs ) on the development of personal knowledge management skills, and the research has included the relation of cooperative electronic learning based on some websites tools 2 which has been designed according to Siemens’s model 2005 the development of personal knowledge management skills by measuring the research experiment on the fourth year students, learning technology department, as the research sample has been composed from the total society on the fourth year students branch of computer lecturer preparation at the specific education faculty in Tanta, and their numbers are ( 40 ) students, they have been distrubted randomly on two groups, the first experimental group is studied through cooperative electronic learning environment based on websites tools 2, it has been designed through learning management system ( Moodle ) as it is linked by websites tools 2, such as ( Wiki, Facebook, Blogs ) and the second experimental group is studied through ( traditional electronic learning environment which has been designed by using the learning management system ( Moodle ), the conversation tool ( chat ) for synchronous connection and the forum tool for a synchronous connection, and the experiment lasted for 7 weeks by proceeding statistical processes on the ( SPSS ) program, and the current research results has confirmed on the efficiency of cooperative electronic learning environment based on some websites tools 2 and the environment of traditional electronic learning on the development of personal knowledge management skills for computer students in a favour of distance performance, as the results have shown that the environment of cooperative electronic learning based on some websites tools which are suggested. It exceeded on the environment of traditional electronic learning on the development of personal knowledge management skills for the students of learning technology.
