|a الهدف من الدراسة: تقييم مستوي الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الرياضيات حديثي التخرج من كليات التربية بسلطنة عمان وقياس الرضا الوظيفية لديهم. ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف قام الباحث بإعداد خمس بطاقات ملاحظة لفئات التقييم المختلفة وهم (المدراء، الموجهين، المعلمين ذاتيا، زملاء المهنة، الطلاب) إضافة إلي مقياس الرضا الوظيفي وبعد تطبيق أدوات الدراسة، تم رصد النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي النتائج: هناك رضا من جميع فئات التحكيم عن مستوي الأداء التدريسي وذلك في ضوء المعيار المقبول لدي وزارة التربية والتعليم بالسلطنة. اتفاق وجهة نظر كل من الموجهين والمدراء حول مستوي الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الرياضيات حديثي التخرج. لا يوجد اختلاف في مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الرياضيات حديثي التخرج يعزي إلي اختلاف مؤسسة الإعداد (كلية التربية. جامعة السلطان قابوس، وكليات التربية (وزارة التعليم العالي). لا يوجد اختلاف في مستوي الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الرياضيات حديثي التخرج يعزي إلي اختلاف النوع (الجنس). أظهرت النتائج درجة عالية من القبول والرضا لدي معلمي الرياضيات حديثي التخرج لامتهانهم مهنة التعليم.
|b the aim of study: " Assessing the teaching performance of newly graduated mathematics teachers of faculties of education in Oman sultanate and measuring their career satisfaction degree. In order to achieve the aims of the study ,the researcher prepared five observation sheets for the different assessment categories ,and also career satisfaction scale for teachers was prepared. After administering the study tools ,the results were collected, and statistically treated and the researcher found the following the results of study :1-There is a satisfaction that all categories of the judgment shared about the teaching performance level of newly graduated mathematics teachers in light of the acceptable standard of ministry of education in the sultanate .2-the agreement of the supervisors and principals on the teaching performance level of newly graduated teachers. 3-there is no difference in the teaching performance of newly graduated teachers that is due to the difference in the preparation institution .4- there is no difference in the teaching performance of newly graduated teachers that is due to the difference in gender .5-there is a high degree of satisfaction and acceptance of new graduated teachers as to their work and being teachers.
