هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أهمية الأمن الفكري، ودور الأسرة والمسجد والمدرسة ووسائل الإعلام في تحقيقه. واستخدام الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يعتمد على دراسة الواقع، أو الظاهرة كما توجد في الواقع، ويهتم بوصفها وصفاً دقيقاً ويعبر عنها تعبيراً كيفيا ويوضح خصائصها. وقد كانت أهم نتائج البحث: إن الكيان الفكري والعقدي أحد جوانب الأمن القومي بل وأهمها، فهو يتقدم على الأمن الاجتماعي والأمن العسكري والأمن السياسي والأمن الاقتصادي، باعتبار أن الأمن الفكري يمثل الحفاظ على الذاتية والهوية في مواجهة محاولة الاحتواء والهيمنة على الشخصية. فهو أساس تنطلق منه أوجه المناشط المختلفة في الدول، فسلامة فكر الأمة يؤدي إلى الاستقرار والحماية لها من أي نشاط هدام يستهدف النيل من بنيتها الأساسية، أو دستورها أو مؤسساتها. وأن الأمن الفكري يؤدي إلى غرس المبادئ الأخلاقية والسلوكية التي تعمل بدورها على حفظ الشخصية وحريتها، والحفاظ على الهوية الثقافية للمجتمع وعدم ذوبانها في غيرها، وهو الكفيل بإيجاد الأساليب الإجرائية التي تعين على مواجهة الغزو الفكري للأمة الإسلامية والوعي بأساليبه وأشكاله المختلفة. وإن الانحراف الفكري ينتج غالباً عن جهل وقلة تمكن من العلم الشرعي. وكانت من توصيات البحث: التعاون مع المؤسسات الدينية والتعليمية والأمنية، لتحقيق الأمن الفكري وفق الأهداف التي تنسجم مع الثوابت الدينية والوطنية. وإبعاد الأبناء عن مصادر التطرف والغلو، وذلك بتحصينهم فكرياً ضد ما يؤثر على عقولهم. والإرشاد والتوجيه خلال خطب الجمعة وإقامة المحاضرات والندوات العلمية وما تشتمل عليه من تنمية للقيم الإيجابية. والاهتمام باختيار المعلمين الأكفاء علماً وسلوكاً والمشهود لهم بالنضج المعرفي، وسلامة الفكر والاستقامة، فبين أيديهم أهم ما تملكه الأمة وهم عقول شبابها. وأن تتوجه جهود العاملين في مجال الإعلام لتوجيه وسائل الإعلام المختلفة إلى تطبيق منهج الله في موادها وفقراتها.
The study aimed at identifying ideological security and the role of the family, mosque, school and information in its achievement. The researcher has used the descriptive method which is based on phenomena representation in reality adopting accurate qualitative description and exposing facts. The most significant resullts of the study is that belief and ideology are of the most important aspects of political and economic security as ideological secuirty preserves identity and particularity in attemps to avoid domination. It is the basis of all the different activities run by the state. Sound ideology leads to settlement and protection from any destructive threats targeting the infrastructure, constitution and/or institutions. Ideological security implants moral and behavioral principles which ultimately preserve the personality and its freedom as well as the cultural identity of the community and protect them against absorption into other identities. Ideological security provides the procedural styles which help in the struggle against ideological invasion of the Muslim nation and so is the awareness of of the role of its procedural styles and different forms since ideological perversions result from ignorance and lack of knowledge in the legal sciences. The study has culminated in recommendations of which the most important are: Cooperation with the educational, religious and secuity institutions in order to achieve ideological security according to the objectives that conform to the religious and national principles. Protecting the youth against extremism and eccentricities by immunizing them ideologically against what negatively affects their mental abilities. Providing advice through the Jumaa sermon and delivering lectures and forums which consolidate efforts in this direction. Raising concerns about the selection of efficient, well-behaved teachers known for their cognitive maturity, sound ideology and righteousness as they represent the treasure of the nation. Information institutions should also contribute to the application Islamic approach in all its activities.
