المستخلص: The current study aimed to identify the obstacles that prevent The use of faculty members at Mcnoufia University of the e-learning management systems (LMS) from their point of view, in order to provide a set of procedural recommendations that can help improve the use of it in the future and so as to help improve the teaching process at the Menoufia University in the genera] framework. \ The study used descriptive approach procedures, and used personal interviews and questionnaire, which was prepared, codified and applied to a sample of faculty members, which amounted to (322) faculty member of the original community of faculty members at Menoufia University, and adult (2013) member , according to the latest census (2015). The sample was selected randomly regularly, reaching their representation ratio (16%) of the original community, according to the level of significance (0.05). \ It has field-side measures to study the beginning of the academic year (2014 -2015 m), and the study found the results of several field and described the obstacles to teaching the use of e-learning systems governing body, which has been classified in ten members of the axes: \ The first relating to the handicaps due to the university administration, and the second attached handicaps due to the awareness of faculty e~ learning management systems, and the attached third handicaps due to the competencies and skills required to use the systems, and the fourth attached handicaps due the funding necessary to use systems, and attached to the fifth handicaps due to the trend towards e-learning, and attached sixth handicaps due for university environment, attaches seventh handicaps due to the technical aspects of the use of, and attached the eighth handicaps due to continue to use the same systems, and attached the ninth handicaps due to evaluate the use of the systems, and attached to the tenth and final handicaps due to university students. \ Results of the study were interpreted in accordance with the theoretical framework of her and a review of previous studies relevant and meet some of the faculty members at the University of Menoufia and workers on the electronic learning management systems. \ The study made several procedural recommendations to overcome the obstacles that prevent the use of the faculty at the University of Menoufia members of the e-learning management systems, optimal use in the teaching process, and then assigned to each axis according to the nature of the obstacles that concerned him. \ The study recommended a proposed conducting research, according to its findings. \

استهدف الدراسة الحالية التعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية لأنظمة إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني (LMS) من وجهة نظرهم، بغية تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات الإجرائية التي يمكن أن تساعد في تحسين استخدامهم لها مستقبلاً، وبما يساعد على تجويد العملية التدريسية بجامعة المنوفية في الإطار العام. \ استعانت الدراسة بإجراءات المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت المقابلات الشخصية والاستبيان الذي تم اعداده وتقنينه وتطبيقه على عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والتي بلغت (322) عضو هيئة التدريس من المجتمع الأصلي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية، والبالغ (2013) عضواً، وفق آخر احصاء (2015م). وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة، حيث بلغت نسبة تمثيلها (16%) من المجتمع الأصلي، وفق مستوى دلالة (0.05). \ \ تمت إجراءات الجانب الميداني للدراسة بداية العام الجامعي (2014- 2015م)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج ميدانية وصفت معوقات استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لأنظمة إدارة التعلم الالكتروني، والتي تم تصنيفها في عشرة محاور: \ تعلق الأول منها بمعوقات ترجع لإدارة الجامعة، وتعلق الثاني بمعوقات ترجع لوعي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأنظمة إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني، وتعلق الثالث بمعوقات ترجع للكفايات والمهارات المتطلبة لاستخدام النظم وتعلق الرابع بمعوقات ترجع للتمويل اللازم لاستخدام النظم، وتعلق الخامس بمعوقات ترجع للاتجاه نحو التعليم الالكتروني، وتعلق السادس بمعوقات ترجع للبيئة الجامعية، وتعلق السابع ترجع للجوانب الفنية للاستخدام، وتعلق الثامن بمعوقات ترجع لمتابعة استخدام النظم ذاتها، وتعلق التاسع بمعوقات ترجع لتقويم استخدام النظم، وتعلق العاشر والأخير بمعوقات ترجع لطلاب الجامعة. \ \ تم تفسير نتائج الدراسة وفقاً للإطار النظري لها، ومراجعة الدارسات السابقة ذات الصلة ومقابلة بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية والعاملين على أنظمة إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني بها. وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات إجرائية للتغلب على المعوقات التي تحول دون استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية لأنظمة إدارة التعلم الالكتروني، الاستخدام الأمثل في العملية التدريسية، وذلك قرين كل محور وفقاً لطبيعة المعوقات التي تعلقت به. \ وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء بحوث مقترحة وفقاً لما توصلت إليه من نتائج. \
