حظيت عملية الاتصال بالبحث وتناولها في جميع مجالات السلوك الإنساني وخاصة المنظمات التي نالت أهمية بالغة في حياتها، ذاك أن ممارسة عملية الاتصال مطلب مسبق وأساسي من أجل تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية، تلعب هذه العملية دوراً حاسماً لا غني عنه في مجال التسيير حيث تعمد إلى معالجة المشكلات المتعددة منها، الوظيفية والعملية وتلك التي تخص العلاقات، كما تعمد عملية الاتصال إلى تحقيق الرضى والدفع عند المرؤوسين، وتقع هذه المسئوليات على عاتق الاشراف داخل المنظمة، فبث المعلومات لأعضاء الفريق أو المنظمة بصفة عامة، تعد من العوامل المدعمة للفاعلية في مجال العمل حيث تساهم في رفع المعنويات عند الأعضاء إلى جانب تدعيم قدرات المنظمة في مواجهة المتطلبات البيئية وتحقيقها. La communication est un des processus les plus abordes dans tous les domaines du comportement humain et très spécialement dans les organisations elle prend une importance considérable dans leurs vies. En pratique, la communication est un pré requis de base pour la réalisation des adjectifs organisationnels. Elle joue un role irremplaçable en matière de management parce qu`elle permet de résoudre les problèmes fonctionnels, opérationnels et relationnels et de satisfaire les subordonnes pour une plus grande motivation. C`est sur l`encadrement que repose cette responsabilité, l`information des membres du groupe ou de l`organisation fait partie de facteurs d`efficacité non seulement pour le moral du groupe mais aussi pour la capacité de l`organisation a réagir efficacement aux demandes de son environnement. The process of communication has been dealt with in many researches in all areas of human behavior, especially organizations that obtained a considerable importance in their lives, due to that the process of communication is a prerequisite for achieving organizational goals. This process plays a crucial role in management field, where it addresses various problems, functional and practical, and those concerned with relations, the process of communication leads to satisfaction and motivation of subordinates. These responsibilities lie on the burden of the supervision within the organization. The dissemination of information to the members of the staff or the organization in general is one of the factors supporting the effectiveness in the workplace. It contributes to boost the morale of the members in addition to strengthening the organization's capacity to meet and achieve environmental requirements.
