L’utilisation de la langue arabe comme moyen de communication pour aborder un sujet tel que la santé provoque forcément une problématique cruciale quant à la nature de la langue utilisée, ses registres et le taux de réussite de son fonctionnement. Nous abordons dans cet article, l’importance de l’utilisation de la langue arabe comme langue de dialogue entre les citoyens algériens. Il est bien connu que la langue utilisée entre le médecin et son patient à titre d’exemple est une langue qui s’éloigne de la langue arabe classique et qui se rapproche des dialectes algériens caractérisés par la présence des langues étrangères notamment la langue française. Et afin de faciliter l’opération de communication entre les deux parties, il va falloir rapprocher les deux registres de langue : l’arabe classique de ses dialectes pour obtenir une langue intermédiaire facile à communiquer. Cependant, les efforts fournis en vue de vulgariser la culture de la santé en langue arabe et encourager son utilisation au sein des sociétés arabes restent limités car ils existent des problèmes pour communiquer l’arabe classique ou intermédiaire au niveau oral. Devant cette problématique : Quel rôle jouent les NTIC pour résoudre les difficultés de la communication médicale dans les sociétés arabes et notamment la société algérienne ? The use of the Arabic language as a means of communication to address a subject such as health inevitably causes a crucial problem as to the nature of the language used, its records and the success rate of its operation. In this article, we discuss the importance of using the Arabic language as a language of dialogue between Algerian citizens. It is well known that the language used between the doctor and his patient as an example is a language that moves away from the classical Arabic language and approaches the Algerian dialects characterized by the presence of foreign languages, especially the French language. And in order to facilitate the communication operation between the two parties, we will have to bring the two language registers closer together: the classical Arabic and its dialects to obtain an intermediate language that is easy to communicate with. However, efforts to popularize the culture of health in the Arabic language and to encourage its use in Arab societies remain limited because there are problems in communicating with classical or intermediate Arabic at the oral level.
