المستخلص: The aim of the study was to identify and show the importance of the sports selection of the national teams that represent the Province of Ouargla in the competitions organized by the State Association for School Sports. The study also identified the importance of this process in achieving positive results for the province through its adoption of descriptive approach and questionnaire as a means of collecting information.
In addition, it showed on the other hand the failure in the process of elite selection in the school environment, both in the preparatory or secondary stage.
Finally, the study concluded the importance of elite selection in achieving the positive results of collective sports in the school tournament, as well as the differentiation of efficiency and control of the selection process according to the scientific basis between the teachers of the secondary stage and the teachers of the preparatory stage..

On a vise a travers cette étude de définir la sélection sportive des équipes dans disciplines sportives au milieu scolaire.
Ainsi, que notre recherche vise a identifier l’importance de la sélection des équipes sportives collectives scolaires dans toutes les spécialités chez les éducateurs et les entraineurs en l’estimant décisive pour l’orientation de la qualité de la pratique sportive.
On utilisé la méthode descriptive qui se base sur la description du phénomène voulu étudié et collecter des informations sur lui.
Cette étude indique enfin, l’importance de la sélection sportive dans les sports collectives pour les résultats au nivaux de championnat scolaire de notre wilaya, et montrer aussi la différance entre les moniteurs de le deux cycles secondaire et moyen concernant de l’opération de la sélection sportive scolaire.


هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد وإظهار اهمية الانتقاء الرياضي للمنتخبات التي تمثل ولاية ورقلة في المنافسات التي تنظمها الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية. كم اهتمت هذه الدراسة بتحديد اهمية هذه العملية في تحقيق نتائج ايجابية للولاية من خلال تبنيها للمنهج الوصفي والاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع المعلومات.
وأظهرت من جهة أخرى التقصير الحادث في عملية الانتقاء النخبوي في الوسط المدرسي سواء في الطور المتوسط أو الطور الثانوي.
وخلصت في الاخير إلى - الاهمية البالغة للانتقاء النخبوي في تحقيق النتائج الايجابية للرياضات الجماعية في البطولة المدرسية.
- تباين الكفاءة والتحكم في عملية الانتقاء وفق الاسس العلمية بين اساتذة الطور الثانوي وأساتذة الطور المتوسط.
