نهدف من خلال دراستنا إلى التعرف على مدى اهتمام المؤسسات الجزائرية برأس المال الفكري، وذالك من وجهة نظر مسيري مؤسسة سوناطراك حيدرا-الجزائر العاصمة -.

In the late 20th century, the importance of the knowledge resource of the intellectual capital emerged as a strategic resource that the Organization should pay attention to it as much as the Organization pays attention to the concrete things. The determination, the development and the optimal exploitation of the intellectual capital exploitation has become a necessity in the midst of an economic stage in which the knowledge resources have taken the first interest to become the strongest expression of the value of the Organization. This is due to their role in enabling the organization to achieve a competitive advantage that guarantees the success, the continuity and the excellence of the organization. In our study, we aim to identify the interest of the Algerian institutions in the intellectual capital, from the point of view of the managers of Sonatrach Hydra institution- the Algerian capital.
